J and Dina are great! I was in pretty good shape (or so I thought) when I started working with them. They took my workouts to a whole new level and had me doing things that I never would have been doing on my own. Swinging kettle bells is much harder and fun then you would think.

The team is incredibly friendly and great at motivating you to try harder. Many times I thought I was out of energy but they managed to get me to do more. It had been a while since I left a workout feeling that good and exhausted.

I'm also working with the nutritionist their, Coleen, who has greatly improved my eating habits and helped me with my goals.

All around my experience has been an awesome one and I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know.

Before training with Jay and Dina I had no desire to get fit. I am one of those people who appear to be fit because I am somewhat thin, but I was unhealthy-thin.I didn't exercise, wasn't active, and had bad eating habits. I accidentally found Elite Bodies while walking home from dinner and that's when I met Jay. We clicked immediately and I signed up the following week.
It's now been 4 months and I am truly thrilled with the progress I have made, that doesn't mean that I'm a star athlete but what it means is I went from doing 4 consecutive lunges to 30+ consecutive lunges and jumping rope for 35 seconds to 2 minutes without a struggle. The best thing I like about training here is the individualized and varied program each and every time I have a session. They always have a thoughtful plan for me and easily accommodate requests that I may have. I'm a young professional who routinely works 60+ hours, so there are times when I show at the studio with no energy and I feel completely comfortable telling them "hey we gotta take a down a notch today" and they are always responsive and easily adapt to my needs.

Jay and the rest of the trainers at Elite Bodies have helped me and my fianc?e get in shape for our pending nuptials. I can't say enough about how responsive and caring these trainers are. I used to be an athlete but have slowed down my workouts since running my own business and my fianc?e was looking to gain strength.

We are able to train together as well as do some sessions separately and Jay has been very flexible about how/when we work out. The online scheduling is a revelation - every single gym/trainer should be doing this. It means no excuses for not making an appointment and is very easy to use!

While the space is small, the trainers make the best use of it by combining diverse exercises and activities including circuit training, boxing, free weights, balance balls, treadmills, elliptical machines, and calisthenics. I am never bored during workouts and many times I am surprised at how fast the time goes.

I have found a love for working out and especially for boxing (who knew?). I feel fortunate that we live so close to this place and that we can continue to work out there even after our wedding (this weekend!).

Since attending Elite Bodies for about two months I have built muscle mass, toned my arms, legs, and waist, and have seen drastic changes in my core strength as well as in my body fat percentage. I am really proud of our progress so far but I?m also looking forward not just to the wedding day and how we look and feel but also about my new life taking care of my body and concentrating on my health.

I have to admit that I had never used a hotel gym before in all of my travel for work. Since joining Elite Bodies I was inspired to use the hotel gym almost every day on my last business trip.

I decided I wanted to loose 10 lbs in 7 weeks and look fantastic in a bikini. Jay told me if I stick with him twice a week and eat healthy, my confidence would sky rocket through feeling great and finally achieving those sexy toned abs! We?re training at his studio in Brooklyn Heights about 3 times per week and so far we?ve been doing a lot of core work and lower body strength exercises. My goal is to put on a few pounds of muscle and improve my strength for my hitting. Some of the other guys from my team are going to come down and do some training with J also so fingers crossed for some great results on the field next season.
