I've been a customer of State Farm for 30 years and in all that time. I've
only had three representatives. While I always thought I was getting the
best service, Jeff Gottesman and his staff have certainly exceeded
expectations. They have always been courteous, helpful and, most
importantly, reassuring at a difficult time. His staff directed us to the
best service providers and took the time to follow up that we were being
taken care of properly. While we have considered changing insurance
companies in the past, Jeff and his staff have assured us that our best bet
continues to be State Farm.
