Meineke Car Care Center

A week after spending $1200 at the shop for a complete exhaust system and 4 shocks I had them install a catalytic converter in a different car. I supplied the part as they wanted twice the price I paid for the same part. They supplied 3 gaskets and labor. Was told it was ""the easiest install"" they'd ever done; took less than an hour. I was then handed a bill for over $300!!!! Contacted the shop for a written explanation for such an outragious bill and never received a reply.\r

GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE AHEAD OF TIME.

It's nice to have such a great repair shop so close to the house. As always, only the necessary repairs are made. No scare tactics here. I love these guys, especially John. He is always so pleasant and truly cares about his customers. As a busy family, we don't have time to wait for repairs. His expert staff gets us in and out very quickly, whether for an oil change or for brake service. I wish more places were like this.\r
