.

This place was a nightmare from the moment i moved there. About 2 months after moving in i began to get very ill and went into a downward spiral over the course of four years eventaully having to quit my job and becoming bed bound. During this time there was a constant leak right above where i slept that was never fixed despite asking management multiple times to fix it. The place smelled very musty and i noticed when i was not in the apartment for extended periods of tim i felt much much better theni would fall ill again when i'd return. I decided after going to 20 doctors that could not help me to get the place tested for toxic mold. It came back positive for high levels of three types of toxic mold. This was the reason for four years of agonizing fatigue, respiratory issues, neurological issues and what feels like permanent brain damage. Ive now been out of the aprtment for a little over a month and am feeling better than i have in years, however, i had no choice but to toss all of my belongings due to the mycotoxins on them from the toxic mold.My renters insurance did not cover for any of this because it didnt fall under their "covered loss categories".Steven Rodry was of absolutely no help at all during all of this. He was rude, arrogant and demeaning. Im now starting completely over from scratch. Since ive left ive spoken with others that used to live there that went through the same thing with becoming ill while living there and one even finding visible black mold in her apartment. Other than the aforementioned reasons for why i would never recommend anyone to live there, there was also the constant noise from both my next door neighbor and the person that lived above me. I had to call the cops three times before managment did anything about it. Needless to say i do not feel that the Wamsutta Lofts is a safe or even habitable place to live and i would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.
