Your company advertises the lowest and best service, how do I say this. YOU ARE A LIAR! I am glad I only had my sofas done. That was a must and I couldn??t let you guys leave without cleaning that. But I got quote at other places and they had a much better deal for the carpet. They came out ON TIME AND even re-clean the sofa??s you guys so called cleaned. Please for your company sake; get better customer services and workers. Or better equipment! That is my advised to your company if you want to stay in business for long!

This company is terrible, do not fall for their advertisements. I found their ad in a local coupon magazine that is mailed out to the neighborhoods each week of so. Called and told them I needed a one bedroom plus living room apt cleaned. They told me the technician would be there between the hours of 11 and 1. I got to the apartment a little early just to make sure everything was in order. I waited from 11-1215 and then got a call letting me know the technician was on his way. An hour later and still no technician nor phone call from him letting me know what the deal was.
2 and half hour late "tech" shows up in some beat up vehicle with no signs indicating who they work with and looking very unprofessional. technician take quick look and quoted $350 for two small area rugs and 1 room. I refused the service and then he asked for $20 tips for his travel time. (what a joke, seriously!!!!!!)
Beware of this company they are sketchy and completely rude and unprofessional. I would completely believe that any good reports are written by the company themselves because I don't know how anyone could have a good experience with them.

We hired this company to do our carpet cleaning. We were quoted somewhere between $175 to $200 to clean 4 rooms.
I take off from work to meet the workers at 11am, the technician arrive 4 hours late from original appointment time, walked in without even looking or examining the carpet or the size of the rooms, giving me a bill of $359 plus tax. after 20 mins of dishonest statements; he said that I was wasting his time and he cannot charge less than $295.
I agreed to pay due to my already forced day-off, waited another 2 hours to clean a small area. Carpet stayed wet for two whole days smelling horrible like an old dirty carpet and some yellow stains start to appear all over from harsh chemical they had used.
I called the company to tell them that they had over charged us for such a poor job, and instead of being apologetic the owner of the company starts yelling and screaming at me, calling me a liar, said I was trying to pull a scam on him and he hung up on me! Completely unprofessional. BE AWARE. SCAM RIP-OFF COMPANY.

This was a horrible shopping experience. I picked Lowe's because of the customer service commercials. I guess the only place to find good customer service is in the paint section like the commercial. I bought a washer and dryer online, and picked Delivery. The website said it was available for next day delivery. The store called me, scheduled my delivery. My delivery time came and went, and no one had showed up or called me. My husband called the store, and he was informed that they had dented the dryer and had to order a new one. They did not call and tell us, they just didn't show up for the delivery. They scheduled the delivery for the next day. Next day comes, my delivery time came and went, no one showed up, and I didn't get a phone call.My husband calls the store, and the store informs him that they sold my washer to someone else who was able to take it home themselves. Again, no phone call to let us know, they just decided not to show up. This was Friday, they had to order a new washer, and said it would be in on Monday. They said they would deliver Monday. Monday comes, my delivery time came and went, and AGAIN no phone call, no delivery. We call the Waco store AGAIN and they assured us they would deliver on Tuesday(today). My delivery time today came and went. NO PHONE CALL, NO DELIVERY. By this time we are beyond upset. We call the store, and we get a promise that it will be here tomorrow (Wednesday). I was too fed up at this point. I went to the store, got a refund, got told the store manager was too busy to talk to me and got sent on my way. I told the customer service girl that I had been through a horrible experience, and I didn't even get an apology! She just smiled and processed my refund. I called the 1-800 customer care number from the website to complain today as well. Again, I got NO apology, NOTHING. All the girl on the phone said was she will have management from the Waco store call me. I have gotten no apology, no washer and dryer.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I had the same experience as another reviewer (dated 9/4/2011 medmind); took the rug to be appraised, then Azad suggested tea staining to bring back the natural patina of the rug. He asked for a credit card up front prior to the work being done. I declined to give that saying I would pay for the services upon completion. On the day we went to pickup the rug and pay, he conveniently said he did not have the appraisal at this shop and gave his word he would mail it. It has been 3 weeks and no appraisal in the mail. On 12 different occasions, I have attempted to call all the phone numbers and even tried the fax number, each time there is a busy signal. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

They were about an hour late to the appointment. When they arrived they were courtious and did a thorough job. Their cost was very reasonable. We will use them again when we need the blind and window cleaning service.
