.

This is definately a hotel that COULD be alot of fun if a couple things were changed. My ONE complaint is the price they are a little high for as crowded as they are. Another complaint is that they are connected to the Staybridge suites which means that the staybridge suites guests can use the pool at the holiday inn express which means that the pool gets EXTREMELY CROWDED. I do not like the fact that the Staybridge Suites hotel guests have access to the waterslide at this hotel, as it makes the pool extremely crowded AND THAT IS NOT FUN! , I think if the Staybridge Suites guests are allowed to swim in the holiday inn's pool, the holiday inn guests should also be entitled to go to the staybridge suites and be able to use their accomodations at the staybridge, such as the Sundowner Reception for hors d'oeuvre and light dinners that they offer at the staybridge. It is only fair!! If you stay at this holiday inn and you take your child swimming you will see what i mean about CROWDED SWIMMING POOL DUE TO THE STAYBRIDGE SUITES being allowed to come over and use the pool.
Another complaint is that there is NOT ENOUGH food put out for breakfast at all! For the amount of people who are booked into this hotel at $150 each wnen this hotel is at capacity, (it is a lot cheaper when the hotel is not full) but we paid $150 and could not even eat breakfast as this hotel did NOT put out enough food for a full house. They ran out of coffee and bacon and pancakes and chocolate milk, They were NOT on top of it as far as keeping the food stocked for breakfast, they ran out halfway through and then did not restock the items! it irritated me that I had paid so much and that they ran out of food and did not restock.

Ok, the staff AT THE FRONT DESK, is superb and friendly and helpfu, for the staff who works the front desk i would totally give this hotel FIVE STARS EASY! But for the fact that their pool was overran with people from the adjointing hotel and the fact that i could not feed my kids breakfast even though i paid $150 for this hotel, I would not highly recommend this hotel.

If they changed this and stocked breakfast as it SHOULD HAVE BEEN, and kept staybridge suites guests from using the pool at the holiday inn i woul give this five stars but because of that, i give them one star but they also have superb front desk people, that earns them five stars, so an average is three stars! More then likely i will stay here again because my little boy loves the waterslide BUT I WOULD HOPE IN THE MEANTIME they fix these issues, very disappoiinting!
