4 months later I still never received the $3000 dollar couch and love seat I ordered . I spoke to no one but the manager because I kept being told I would have my calls returned while they checked on the status of my order and they never called back . The manager will not return your calls either ,the male manager was fired during my ordeal with them and of course he is the one who offered me A 25% discount for my troubles but did not document it ,so the female manager Mary would not honor his deal . I finally threatened to sue the company and I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and make sure you check on that they have 10 complaints filed this year for the same and many more issues none of them have been responded too and their rating is a c- ,anyways I got a full refund which I was told would only take 3 days it took 10 days to get the check of course . I went to Ashley furniture and bought an identical set here is the best part Sofa Mart is supposed to be a discount store The same set I bought there is $800 dollars cheaper and it comes with power!!! plus the delivery charge at Sofa Mart is $185 at Ashley it is $80.If you buy anything from SOFA MART you will be sorry ,go elsewhere you will get better customer service and you will actually receive the furniture you paid for,but if you like giving your money away for nothing,being treated like an inconvience,lied to on a constant basis then by all means go there and buy something .

This has been the worst shopping experience of my life. I purchased two chairs in late May, and was told that one was in the store and the other would have to be ordered and it would take about three weeks for it to come in. I said that was fine and I was told I would be called when it came in. I was never called, and finally called the store myself. The chair had arrived but no one bothered to let me know. Then, it turned out that one chair had been ordered in the wrong color, so it would be another three weeks before that came in. I decided to have the other delivered anyway. When it arrived, I was told one of the legs was broken and that a new leg could be ordered. I agreed to keep the chair and wait for the new leg. Later that day, I looked at it more closely and realized that it wasn't the leg that was the problem, but the chair itself. I called the store to see what they could do about and was told that the person who sold it to me would call me back. A week later, I still had not received a call so I called in again. The woman was incredibly rude to me, like it was a huge ordeal to answer my questions, because she said she already knew the leg wasn't the problem and had already ordered a new chair.
I waited another three weeks and still hadn't heard anything, so I called in, and was told that my furniture had arrived but, again, no one thought it necessary to let me know this. I was again treated in a very rude manner when trying to set up a delivery date. After I set up a date, I realized that I was going to be out of town, so I called back and asked if it could be changed. In a very curt manner, she said "Fine. It will be the following Saturday." and hung up on me without even confirming who I was.
I called back and asked to speak with a manager. I was on hold for about 20 minutes. She apologized for that fact that I was upset but said her staff is very polite and she doesn't understand why they came off as rude to me. She said she would try to get my furniture delivered in the next couple of days, and that she would call back tomorrow. It is now three weeks later and I still haven't heard from her.
Bottom line: it has now been almost three months since I ordered the furniture and I am still waiting.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We spent a lot of time at Sofa Mart going from one couch and love seat to another one. We finally decided on a microfiber set that the salesman said you could get anything out of including black permanant marker. I have not tried writing on my couch like he said they tried on the display model. But I have gotten a lot of kid spills out of it. The store is enourmous. They have so many types of couches, chairs, tables, and sectionals. They have them arranged like you would at home.

If you're in the market for a sofa, this must be your first stop. There are hundreds of sofas on display, most in settings to help you visualize how they'll look in your home. There are also matching chairs, ottomans, etc. Prices are reasonable and the sales people are helpful but not pushy. We are looking for a new sofa and will probably purchase here.
