AWFUL!!! Terrible service and rude management!!!
We hired this company to do our carpet cleaning. We were quoted somewhere between $175 to $200 to clean 4 rooms.
I take off from work to meet the workers at 11am, the technician arrive 4 hours late from original appointment time, walked in without even looking or examining the carpet or the size of the rooms, giving me a bill of $359 plus tax. after 20 mins of dishonest statements; he said that I was wasting his time and he cannot charge less than $295.

This company is terrible, do not fall for their advertisements. I found their ad in a local coupon magazine that is mailed out to the neighborhoods each week of so. Called and told them I needed a one bedroom plus living room apt cleaned. They told me the technician would be there between the hours of 11 and 1. I got to the apartment a little early just to make sure everything was in order. I waited from 11-1215 and then got a call letting me know the technician was on his way. An hour later and still no technician nor phone call from him letting me know what the deal was.

Travis does beautiful work! And beyond that, he is punctual and extremely dependable. Each day on the job, Travis arrived before I did! He did excellent work, finished in a timely manner, and even made sure everything was cleaner in my home than before he arrived. If I ever needed more drywall work in the future, Travis would certainly get a call from me. He is very reliable and very talented!

I had Artisan Textures and Drywall plaster my walls with American clay plaster. They also did some dry wall fixing and crack repairs on the ceilings. Very satisfied with the work Travis and his assistants did. I recommend this specialty plaster and dry wall company as their prices are reasonable and quality is impeccable.

Wow!! The drywall remodel and smooth texture done to our beautiful Encinitas home was done meticulously perfect. Travis and his team did such a great job, left everything clean and beyond what I expected it to be. A professional and true artist. Really showed he cared about our remodel project and was there every step of the way. He managed to also keep his cool under unexpected circumstances. Strongly recommend him!

My mom recommended Travis from a previous drywall repair she had and insisted I use this drywall company for the water damaged ceiling in the garage. His price was fair and his knowledge of the trade showed through his work. I appreciated the job well done.

I contacted Artisan Textures for acoustic ceiling removal. Travis showed up on time and was professional, nice and respectful by taking his shoes off before entering my home. Travis measured the ceiling and gave me some details on the project of what needed to be done. He gave me a competitive but fair price and finished the job on time. Recommend to use this drywall company as they fully met and exceeded my expectations of the job.

We shopped around for drywall remodeling contractors who would offer a reasonable price and efficient work for two room additions that needed drywall installed. I usually don't write reviews but, I had to with this drywall installation company. They were outstanding... from the beginning, I was offered a great price and a promised finish time, in which they met, for the drywall remodeling and texture. I was impressed with every aspect of the job.

Travis from Artisan Textures and Drywall was a true pro. He really knew his stuff. He did some drywall repair for tenants I have renting my house. From what it looked like before, I couldn't even tell the wall was ever damaged. Quick, clean and a good price too.

My husband and I wanted our plain 4'x 8' wall near our dining room textured with venetian plaster. My cousin recommended Travis and told us that he was experienced and that we wouldn't be disappointed in the quality work. Well, our plaster wall looks amazing. It really shows character and uniqueness. It took Travis half a day to plaster and was clean and courteous.

This is the second time I've hired Travis to do a wall repair at my house in Carlsbad. The first time was for water damage drywall repair and this time was for a small drywall patch that needed to be done. Both times Travis offered a fair price and both times he completed the job flawlessly. I've already recommended Travis to a couple of people and will continue to advise others to hire him. He is the best!
