Earnhardt Toyota Scion

I originally went in to Earnhardt to trade my Venza in for another Venza, but ended up buying an FRS. The main reason why is because of a wonderful young man named Tony. At first, I didn't even want to drive the FRS because I wanted to drive it with my husband and really wanted my husband to meet Tony. Tony was really attentive and brought down both an automatic and manual transmission for us to test drive. He explained every feature and honestly didn't even try selling us the car. He took his time and answered our questions and really got to know us first and what our needs were. We've never experienced anything like that before, especially at a car dealership. Our original plan was to test drive the car at Hatch Toyota because we live in Globe, but Tony made us so comfortable we decided there was no way we would buy from anyone else but Tony! My husband even told me "I really like that young man, you buy a car from Tony. I will never buy another car from anyone else but Tony." The best thing that happened in this whole experience was on my ride home. I'm not the youngest but I'm not the oldest in age either, but I certainly know a genuine person when I see one. When Tony called me to make sure I was ok on my way home, that truly showed me that he cared. I told him the next day when he called that I would adopt him if I could! What an honest, caring young man. I will send all of my family and friends to Tony, he definately earned my business!

We take our Toyota here for standard oil changes. The wait area is nice especially if you have kids. They schedule to your convenience. Staff is courteous. They also give you a complimentary car wash with the oil change. Diagnostics are also performed.
