Absolutely the best around!!! Have been going here for 20+ years and the entire staff is awesome!! I have never met such passionate and caring people. They treat each animal as if it was their own. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, nor have I ever had an issue with anyone involved with the clinic. I highly recommend them and hope that you feel the same after you have met this incredible staff. I live about 20 miles away and still insist on using them on a regular basis.

Clinic did a blood draw a couple of months ago and the blood was frozen in transit and unreadable but Pet Owners were never informed until we requested a copy of the results. Approximately a week ago another bloods draw was taken and a stool specimen but clinic can't find the results of the tests in the chart or in their computer system?

I've been going here for many years but recently adopted a 5yr old pug. The previous owners had used a poor flea medication and my dog had an allergic reaction- bleeding, hair failing out, scabs the whole nine-yards. Their vet told them it was no big deal. When i took my pug in to get checked before being neutered the vets at TM Small Animal immediately realized it was a serious infection. They cleaned up the infection and took care of neutering him in one day and took SUCH good care of him. They gave him the attention he needed and even kept him upfront with the nurses because he needed the human contact. they called me throughout the day to update me on his status. the infection cleared up in less than a week and he was pain free literally the day after he was neutered and the infection cleaned. They went the extra mile and gave me all the information I needed to continue his treatment. You will pay a little more here but its worth it. They take all the precautions necessary and you can feel safe leaving your pet there.

We have been going to the Thiensville Mequon Small Animal Clinic since the mid 70s. The staff and vets at TM are all friendly, caring, and listen to the needs of our pets. They always make sure our pets get their yearly visits, and explain to us what they are doing and why. We have had several emergencies, and they have all gone the extra mile to make sure our pets come back better than ever. One time our Chesapeake needed emergency surgery, and the doctor even came back at 10:30 that night and took her for a walk and visited with her because he knew she was afraid. He works with us to make sure our pets stay healthy, and listens to all of our concerns. We have as much trust in the doctors for our pets as we do in the doctors for ourselves.

We have gone here a few times when in a pinch. It's not our first choice, since the prices are a little more than we would like. But they quality of service is good, and when our regular vet cannot get us in, this place does a fantastic job. It's conveniently located. The people here are quite friendly. Many times, we have needed a last minute appointment and they always try to fit us in.

PROS: will fit you in when an emergency arises
CONS: none

My first experience here will also be my last. We adopted two cats from the the Ozaukee Humane Society and received free visits for them at this clinic. The doctor who examined them was rude and was literally yelling at me to "get my cat" because he opened the door and one of the cats ran out into the office and he could not get him. He had no compassion and handled them pretty roughly. I am not sure how expensive they were because my visits were free but I would not pay any amount of money to go back there.
