Nicole Denmon: Nicole graduated from St. Leo University, where she majored in Criminology and interned with the United States Secret Service. Following college, Nicole attended Stetson College of Law where she focused on trial advocacy.
After law school, Nicole accepted employment as an Assistant State Attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County. During her three years as a prosecutor, she handled various misdemeanor and felony cases, ranging from DUI and domestic battery to attempted murder. She served as a Lead Trial Attorney in her division.
Nicole has extensive courtroom experience. In the last three years alone, she has tried over 40 criminal jury trials and 20 bench trials in cases ranging from misdemeanors on up to crimes punishable by life in prison. As a former prosecutor, Nicole can analyze a case from the State�??s perspective, thus identifying the weaknesses in the State�??s case. She knows prosecution strategies inside out and can anticipate and counter those strategies to your benefit
Christian graduated from the University of Florida and the University Of Arkansas College Of Law. While attending law school Christian interned for Judge Richard Taylor of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas. He also clerked for the Boyd Law firm, where his duties included drafting documents related to estate planning and trust administrations.
Following law school, Christian accepted employment with the 6th Judicial Circuit�??s Public Defender�??s Office in Pinellas County. During his tenure in public service, Christian successfully resolved thousands of cases.
Christian has extensive experience inside the courtroom. In the last three years alone, he has taken more than 45 criminal cases to jury trial. Christian has helped exonerate clients at jury trial in charges ranging from DUI to drug trafficking.
