Do not take your car here. The owner, Ray, is incompetent, Un
untrustwortthy, and condescending to women. I was totally ripped off by them. I took my car there to have the AC fixed. Said I needed a new AC clutch to the tune of almost $900! I had them do the work but it did not fix the problem.

I'm not one to write reviews all that often, however, after having taken my vehicle to this establishment, I can honestly say that I am glad. I have lived in the area for many years and have been a regular customer of a place that shall remain nameless. Not necessarily because of their pricing but more because of habit. One day after experiencing a major vehicular problem, I was referred to Cross Creek Auto Service. I hadn't known about them but decided to call. I figured they couldn't be worse than the chain store I was used to and even they weren't that bad. Anyway, I was quoted a price that surprised me as it was lower than I had expected. I didn't rush over but called a few other places which did not help any. I decided to "act outside of the box" and try them out. To make this long story short, not only was I pleasantly surprised with their price but the owner and his staff are professional, friendly, and to the point. My car was ready when they said it would be, I paid exactly what I was quoted, they didn't try to "upsell" me, they did find a smaller problem that I was already aware of and informed me that whenever I wanted to take care of it, to let them know....no pressure. I'll definitely be using their services again, even for regular maintenance. Thanks again, guys!

Cross Creek Auto Service was fantastic! I went there to get my wheel axle fixed and not only did they give me a great deal but it was also done in a timely manor. This shop really is the definition of "dealership quality, not at the dealership price." I will continue to bring me car back there for its regular maintenance and any special concerns. The owner's name is Ray and he is always there and is always eager to help and give you the best advice on what you really need for your car. I've never seen an owner be so committed to his business like he is. Thanks Cross Creek Auto...you guys are amazing!

took my car to this dealership and was not impressed with the service. They are a small shop with only 2 mechanics. I was told I had to leave my car which would take hours to repair since they are short on staff. They claim to give you a deal on oil changes but I can get beter and cheaper service at other places. I was not impressed with customer service. Ray ,who I think is the owner, claims to have your back and try to sell you things which are not necessary. I was not satisfied with customer service. Place is way too small to handle major repairs. If you want the job done accurately, do yourself a favor and take it to a reliable auto mechanic shop. This is not the place to take your vehicle for major repairs.

I recently took my Ford F-250 into Crosscreek. Not sure what was wrong with it, my ABS light had recently come on coming back from a trip. I hadnt noticed anything different i n the driviability of the truck but knowing somewhat how ABS works I knew I had to get it in. So I called a local Ford Dealer they couldnt get me in anytime soon and wanted $95 an hour the money i dont mind but knowing that someone that drives your vehicle may have a brake problem one would think that would take precedent. So had to look at other options. That same week is pumping gas at the shell on CrossCreek and noticed the auto service sign. I was of course apprehensive about a small facility like this but figured what the hell I'll give anything a shot at least once. So I walked in met Ray told me he could get me in today and would have it looked at. I didnt even care to ask the price, get me in today I thought GREAT. About two hours latter I recieved a call saying my truck was done one of my ABS sensor had got wet causing the computer to send a code resulting in the ABS light coming on. The greatest thing was I didnt have to wait, my truck was back to normal, and i didnt spend more than fifty bucks. This is the place to go, good honest people , great service, great prices. I WILL BE BACK. Great to see the local neigborhood garage is BACK.
