This report will be brief and respectful. My motivation for posting this "complaint" (I prefer "report"), is that I believe people considering the services of Reza Tehrani and Think Options have the right to hear about the experiences of his past and current clients.

First, let me state that I firmly believe that everyone has qualities to be admired even though they might be hidden to some. Reza Tehrani has many qualities to be admired. However, in my opinion, not when it comes to transferring his self-proclaimed trading success to others by coaching, mentoring or managing other people's money. He either knows what the right thing to do is and doesn't do it, or, he does not know what the right thing to do is and, therefore, can't do it. Either scenario is not to be admired. One takes aim at his integrity while the other takes aim at his competency. I don't really know which is the case here, since after three years of association, he is still a complete mystery man to me.

All I will say here is that "You will know a tree by its fruit. A good tree will bear good fruit, but a bad tree will bear bad fruit. If the tree calls itself a good tree, all one has to do is look to see if there is good fruit on the branches. If there is none, then the tree is a bad tree and should be avoided."

Before you invest your valuable time learning from him, or give him any money for lessons or to manage, ask him for names of former and current students/clients who you can speak to about their experiences. Reza Tehrani ran an "Academy" on West 17th St (now on 7th Ave & 35th St) where he collected thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars each month from each of his six students as a flat fee, without regard to results. Ask him about these students and about the personal account he managed for another client. If he is a "good tree", he'll let the branches speak his praises.

In my opinion, Reza Tehrani has SO MUCH to offer others with his (self-proclaimed) experience and success, yet he seems so paralyzed when it comes to transferring that success to others. Go figure!? I'm too tired of trying to figure him out. There are many trading firms who trade real money everyday, who show you exactly what they do as they're doing it, who have a passion for teaching others, who have many successful students to show for it AND who will let you speak to those students. These firms are open, transparent and honest in that they show you how they actually trade as they are doing it and ... they show you their results. They are the "good trees that bear good fruit". Happy trading, JP
