My wife and I have been steady clients of Josh's since before he opened Balanced Life Systems. He's been a wonderful personal trainer for both of us. He's personable, very knowledgeable, highly qualified, easy-going, patient ... and he helps you get a really beneficial workout.
We are retired and can't really keep up with the vigorous classes, but Josh gives us personalized fitness training workouts three times a week, and we can see the results. We are stronger, have better balance, more stamina, and generally feel better.
We recommend this studio highly. I particularly like the fact that Josh is well educated and credentialed in his field. He can tailor a program just for us and keep it interesting week after week.

I have been working with Josh for about 2 years off and on and he is always very patient with what at times is my lack of follow through. He personalizes work outs for me and other clients to use on our time away and works us very hard in a very positive way when we are with him.
Once you are in Josh's family of trainees, he takes very good, personalized care of you and that is something I have never found in another trainer!!
Josh offers classes, personal training, and boot camps which are well worth every penny!!! I can never thank Josh enough for how well he works with me and I would recommend him to anyone!

Balanced Life Systems is the best "gym" I've ever been a part of.
I have always had problems keeping myself on track when it comes to working out; I hate going to the gym and running on the treadmill or trying to figure out how to work the different machines. I love the group classes at Balanced Life Systems because they're small (usually less than 10 people) and I?m not trying to do everything alone.
I began working out at BLS in January and have loved every minute of it. I go to 3-5 group classes a week including Body Pump, Body Combat and Pilates. Each class is filled with great energy and tailored to the individual. Classes are as tough as each person makes them.
The instructors are great and are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the human body and fitness in general.
I highly recommend Balanced Life Systems to anyone who has trouble sticking to workouts or who is tired of the giant gyms.
