I'm kicking myself for not going with somebody else after they ruined my daughter's 4th birthday party yesterday. We booked a princess jumper that was supposed to arrive for a 10am party. Not only did they not call to confirm as promised, but THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP! This didn't stop Premiere from charging our credit card for the full amount. Now we have to go through the hassle of a billing dispute with the credit card company on top of all the other stress that this has caused.

Notice that the only three positive reviews all happened on July 10, 2010. What are the odds of that? These guys are trying to cover up their horrible customer service by posting fake reviews to the Internet. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE ME! STAY AWAY FROM PREMIERE PARTY RENTAL!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE instead of a few dollars. Our delivery was scheduled for 3-3:30. I started calling the warehouse at 3:30 and never got an answer. The driver called at 4:00 to say he'd be another 15 minutes. We had 1 hr. 15 min. to set up 115 chairs, 15 tables, decorate them, and change our clothes for my son's wedding. Not to mention the anxiety and frustration when we didn't know what was going on. At least 1 tablecloth had a stain and the chairs were not as clean as I expected. I sent an e-mail; waited 3 days. Called; got an e-mail apologizing. That was it. There are too many other companies to risk using this one.

Just rented from Premier Party Rentals AGAIN last weekend and I must say they just blew me away again! You really can't go wrong with these guys, this time I rented the 18' Waterslide and boy did we have a great time. By the way it's huge, the picture online doesn't do it justice at all. Also rented chairs, tables, snow cone machine and a helium tank. Everything was perfect, Chrystal just gives great customer service and again they were right on time for the delivery. Man I lucked out finding this place =) Thanks guys, you're awesome!

Just rented from Premier Party Rentals AGAIN last weekend and I must say they just blew me away again! The review prior to mine made me a little leery but I'm so glad that I chose to rent from Premiere anyways. Guess you just can??t make some people happy lol. They were $20.00 lower than the last place I used, offered free delivery and even were 15 minutes early to deliver! I was so surprised with how clean the jumper, tables, chairs and snow cone machine were. Great prices, great service, and reliable! What else can you ask for? HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED, I look forward to using Premiere Party Rentals for all my future parties!

I was originally told I was going to have an inflatable waterslide delivered between 8am-10am and picked up between 5pm-7pm. This was clearly written on my invoice. So it was my understanding that for the $225.00 that I spent, I was minimally going to rent the jumper from 10am to 5pm (a total of 7 hours).

Delays: The night before the party I got a message that one of their delivery guys broke their leg and that the delivery was going to be pushed to 1030-11am. I was guaranteed that the slide would be "up and running" by the time our party started at 12:00pm. I understand that unforeseen events happen like this and I agree under the BAD assumption that they were going to pick up the waterslide at a later time to compensate for their delivery being late.

Another delay: On the day of the party, I get a call at 11:15am saying that they'll be at the house at 11:30am (1.5 hours late from what was on the invoice).

More delays: When they get to the house they first tell us that the invoice says cash will be paid on demand. I told them that I already paid them and that they took the money out of my bank account. Both the delivery person and I have to go and confirm all of this thus delaying the set up of the slide.

Even more delays: The delivery person (who later tells me that he is the ??owner? of the company) says that he will pick up the slide at 5:00pm which I understand was part of the invoice agreement. We request that he pick the slide up at a later time because the delivery was REALLY delayed. He states the if he picks up the slide at a later time he will be late on all his other pick-ups which were at parks that have strict rules. We ask if we can be compensated for the time that we lost on the rental and he says no. My only options were to take the loss of time (waste of my money) or have them pack up the partially set up slide and get a full refund. They put me in a "rock and a hard place" because they knew that I wasn't going to send them back and get a full refund (while all the kids were watching the set up). I took the loss and agree to the 5:00pm pick up.

Why not one more delay:
Buy the time they leaveat 12:00pm..sure the slide was set up and going. But in order to slide safely down the slide and into the water pool at the bottom, we were told that the water needs to be filled up to 3/4 of the pool. Which took 30-40 more minutes. So technically, the pool was not UP AND RUNNING by the start of the party.

At least the kids had fun.

Throughout the course of the party, water was splashing everywhere on the grass from the slide. Which we were all fine with. When they came to pick up the slide, they said that they would take care of emptying the water from the pool. In doing so, instead of having the water empty to more grassier areas of the back yard, they completely flood the concrete area causing us to have to move all the tables, chairs, and food into the house.

This was a terrible experience with this company and I would NEVER EVER do business with them again. They are unwilling to make any compromises to satisfy their customers (and secure future business). If anything goes wrong with their ??schedule?, it is the customers who have to pay the price.

I rented from Premiere Party Rentals this past weekend and found their service and quality of products to be outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of their jumper, it was truly spotless. I have rented jumpers many times in the past and never have I had a delivery driver physically get in and thoroughly clean one that already looked clean, in front of me. From the first call to the great attitude and punctuality of the driver, this was the best experience I've ever had with a party rental company! I look forward to doing business with them in the future!
