Street is a casual and unpretentious restaurant owned and operated by Celebrity Chef - Susan Feniger.

Susan is warm and friendly and obviously passionate about the food she serves. It's rare to see a celebrity chef take time to mingle with the restaurant guests, discussing the food and restaurant. But Susan does and her excitement about what she does is wonderfully evident.

Street's menu is eclectic and unusual, featuring "Street Food" from various places around the world that Susan's visited.

My favorite dish was the "Kaya Toast" (from Singapore) - toasted bread spread thick with coconut jam, served with a soft fried egg drizzled in dark soy and white pepper. The taste is unique and delicious.

I also loved the "Argentine Ricotta Noquis" (from the Italian district in Buenos Aires) - sheep's milk ricotta dumplings simmered with brown butter and lemon with celery root.

The "Tatsutage Fried Chicken" was unbelievable - crispy chicken fried in rice batter and marinated with soy and saki, toped with spicy kewpie mayonnaise and served with pickled vegetable slaw and chilled soba noodles.

For desserts I recommend the "Turkish Doughnuts" - small spiced pastries fried and then simmered in cardamon rose syrup served with sour cream and rose hip jam. Simply awesome!

What makes dining at Street so enjoyable is the enthusiastic staff.

Also, the prices are extremely reasonable.
