This hotel is pretty much a hang out for drug dealers and hookers. You couldn't pay me to spend 5 minutes in the rooms. You'll atleast walk away from here with bed bugs. Horrible hotel, stay far far away.

I am completely shocked about the other reviews of this motel. My husband and I always stay on WDW property, but chose to stay here to cut down costs for another family that was joining us on vacation. We arrived at the motel and entered the lobby to find that if you need utensils for your suite's kitchen, you must RENT them from the lobby. Also, there is a cheesy desk at the front selling timeshare. Once we paid for our suite and located our room, I completely refused to get out of my vehicle. After some discussion, my husband talked me into, at least, looking at the room. The front door to the suite had been broken into on several occasions, due to the evidence of crowbars or another tool leaving a broken door knob and dents in the door along the seams. Upon entering, the ceiling was just a couple of inches about my hubby's head, and the suite was TINY! There were ceiling tiles missing in the bathroom and the toilet was leaking. There were no lightbulbs in the main bedroom. The carpet was badly stained, and the entire room smelled of mildew and mold. The kitchen was unsanitary, to say the least...(the entire front of the fridge was completely covered with rust)!!! My review is not the only one that explains this same experience on the internet. Do further research before staying here!! I contacted the BBB who filed a complaint, and I also contacted Days Inn corporate (who emailed me stating that this property is privately owned and they have no control over the issues that I experienced). The only good thing that I have to say, is that upon requesting our money back, we were given a refund immediately with no questions asked. There are literally TONS of nice and inexpensive resorts in Kissimmee that are 100 times better than this motel. Stay away!!

Most times when my family has taken a vacation in the Orlando area, we have opted to stay at the Days Suites. It is only a few miles from Walt Disney World, and close to the Old Town area, as well, in walking distance, in fact. The hotel features a guest room area, with a couch and Murphy bed. The next room is the kitchen, featuring a full service stove and refrigerator. This is nice if you want to cook your own meals while staying over in the Orlando area for several days at a time, as eating at Disney can get rather costly. There is an adjoining bathroom, and then the master bedroom is in the next room. Six people can sleep comfortably in most of the rooms -- two in each bed (there are two beds in most of the main bedrooms).

Days Suites is a great deal for families wanting to save money and yet have a semi-luxurious time in the Orlando area.
