I called them to do an energy audit. My electric bill is just too high. The owner showed up on time and took his time to explain everything to me during the free energy audit. I had no idea what all I could do to lower my utility bill. \r\nHe was very knowledgeable about everything and I felt very comfortable. He did not pressure me or anything. He simply explained what could be done - he told me of the things I could do myself and also the things that I could do if I wanted to but that would be better to hire someone else to do the hard stuff. \r\nHe prioritized the things also in order of most efficient and the most cost savings benefit in case I could not afford to get it all done at once. He then let me know about the rebate program. Thats a big help. I had them install more insulation (the builder only put in the bare minimum, surprise) and radiant barrier. I have already seen a difference in my bill since then. I also had them come out and clean my ducts another time and I have felt more cooling now.\r\nI have recommended them to my friends, co-workers and family. Several have already used their service already. I give them 5 stars for the great service they gave me!\r\n

called on sunday the owner (I beleive) Paul was friendly and helpful on explaining the process and equipments they use set up appointment for 12pm Monday.
12:15pm I called Paul to confirm appointment he said the tech was running late b/c of a previous job taking longer will be there no longer than 1 hour later.
2:30pm called no answer, call company no one answer
3:25pm Paul call back appoligizing about his tech sendin a second tech saying he'll be at our place less than 30 min
4:30pm still no one showed up we're about to give up at this point
I called at 4:55pm he said the tech was around our neighborhood but having trouble to locate our place.
5:20pm the cleaning has finally started (tech was nice) took about a little over 1 hour to complete
the good - my vent is cleaned on Monday like I original wanted to
the bad - over 5 hours late!!! Paul did not offer any types of incentive of discount for being 5 hours late! and the tech did not screw the vent covers on tight enough few a left loose, the tech DID NOT clean the vent covers as they're still covered with dusts (so after he vacuumed and turn on the AC then left) all the dust blew back out of the vent and onto our carpet and furniture
I will have to vacuum again today and clean the vent covers by taking all of them off .... never judge a book by its cover is correct ... their website says all good things about it and it have about 10~12 good reviews...let me be the first to say....they're clearly false if I didn't had to stay there to paint I would not have waited such long time. saying sorry at that point (5 hours late) just doesn't cut it....

emailed owner Paul photos, he's sending out another tech to finish the job that was supposed to be done correctly the first time around. I believe Paul is a professional it's unfortunate he hired a rookie tech that had plenty of trouble with the previous job before coming to us, but as a customer I can only base my review on what I experiencing for this particular transaction.

I'll update this review again....if the job is done properly. I'm not someone just looking for a handout Paul has offer to get the job done right this time and maybe refund the entire amount to make us happy. I really hope this time around will work out b/c I do want to do business with Paul in the future......

I hope it works out Paul seems like a real nice owner/person but I'm reviewing my particular experience. will update this review again....once the cleaning is done tomorrow.\r\n\r\n6/3/10 Paul has sent out another tech (longest employed tech) to re-do the job to his company's standard! and even offered a full refund to me even when I only asked for a discount for the delay and unfinished job...he stated it was the specific tech's issue he was willing to do this job for free the 2nd time to make sure we are satisfied customers.\r\n\r\nhe gets a A+ for effort and professionalism .... this place deserves a 5 stars! ... I'm sure they'd get a 5 from anyone else but b/c of the incomplete job my initial reviews wasn't as good but I will most likely continue to do business with Paul and possibly refer the Climate doctors to my friends as well. \r\n\r\n

Pros: vents cleaned, professional, willing to resolve issues....

Cons: 5 hours late...vent cover not cleaned.....2nd time cleaning
