I called Preemo over to my home to help me setup a new Mac I purchased. The technician not only arrived on time, but he was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. Within a few hours, my new computer was setup, connected to the internet, and the tech even spent some time to teach me a few things about my new Mac. I also asked him to take a look at a laptop I had that couldn't start - that was no problem either. Exceptional computer repair and laptop repair service in Miami - highly recommended.

During a short business trip to Miami, my wife's laptop screen broke. We were in a real pinch because the laptop was necessary for several meetings and we only had a few hours to get it fixed. Ivan at Preemo looked around for the parts we needed even though he didn't have them in stock. He connected us with someone that was able to help us within hours. Preemo is a shining example of honest business and excellent service.

Preemo has saved me on several occasions, starting with installing my entire home network, and connecting all my new Mac computers. They also helped with the installation of two printers, as well as teaching me how to use them. Ivan from Preemo visits my home on a quarterly basis to make sure everything is functioning properly, as well as maintenance and optimization for all my Macs.
