I would rate it a zero star, but the rating system doesn't allow that. I have had to go to this hotel numerous times for various buisness meetings and after the first time, I decided to stay at the Westin and drive to attend my meetings. The hotel is old. Not old as in ""kept in it's nostalgic luxury"" old as in old and broken. It is hot when it's summer and freezing in the winter. I inquired about this once and was told that the central heating system is so ancient that they would have to rip the entire system out to fix the issue and they were not willing to do that. The water tastes like iron and as the previous customer commented if you want to buy water it's extremely expensive in the room. The hotel prides itself on the view, but you cannot even see the circle from the rooms, only the meeting rooms on the top level have a view. I think this is a very poorly run hotel. As I was walking out the circle side exit I overheard a short man of middle eastern decent in a suit (I am assuming the boss because he had a nameplate on) screaming at an employee in the restaurant. I was appalled, but not surprised, This hotel looks as though it's coming down at the seams.

Worst Hotel I have stayed at\r\n1 Star Rating: Not Recommended\r\n\r\n02/08/2009 Posted by starry477888\r\n\r\nWhile the ambience of the hotel is somewhat elegant I found the amenities to be lacking and overpriced. at around 140.00 a night. Wi-fi was available in the lobby but in the room 11.96 for 24 hours of high speed internet, ridiculous. A continental breakfast consisting of juice a cold bagel and small box of cereal and small carton of milk for 11.00 dollars each, again ridiculously overpriced. We did not eat there. In this age of many hotels offering free hot breakfast, free internet I found them sorely lacking in service. Unfortunately because of a company event we had to say there. One of the desk clerks and many other employees were hard to understand as they had very heavy accents. I found it rude that while we were in the east meridian room many employees were speaking their own language. Were they speaking of us? The price to park in the garage $22.00 dollars for 24 hours, once again overpriced. The room was clean but small the shower walls were a bit spotty. There was no refrigerator nor a microwave. There was however coffee. I am surprised they did not charge for that to. 2 liters of water were in the room at almost 5.00 dollars a bottle. The vending machines only took debit or credit. I will not charge a bottle of soda or water on my credit card. I do not mind paying around 100 - 200 for a nice clean spacious motel room but I do expect there be some amenities to make my stay a bit more comfortable. I would not stay there again. I do need use my internet while staying out of town. The ""SHERATON"" is a dinosaur that needs to keep up with the times. We were also not told that there was breakfast served in the club room. \r\n\r\nPros: None\r\n\r\nCons: Amenities

I have stayed at the Radisson City Centre several times. We have only stayed in the suites, which are very nice. Plenty of room and convenient with mini fridge, wet bar, and coffe maker. The rooftop pool provides a nice view of the city and statue at circle center.\nOn the downside, their bar and restaraunt leave a lot to be desired. But there are plenty of great places within walking distance. All in all , a nice place, a great location.
