While their price is not cheap, I believe that the extra amount that you pay is for their excellent work. They have a special automatic duster that helps to eliminate all airborne dust from their sanding process, which is great considering the allergic problems that runs rampid in my family. They work fairly fast, and have a very friendly workforce. I haven't used their rug cleaning services, but i have heard that it's also quite good.
