I would not recommend this company to anyone. The employees are unprofessional and questionable. The locksmith who came was very rude and intimidating. Made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home. Not good when someone knows where you live. Not only that, I was overcharged from my initial quote and never received the 10% discount for mentioning the ad on line. When I called to make the company aware of this. The shift supervisor, Chuck, said I had call to speak the regular supervisor, Shawn. No one has returned my phone calls from the messages I have left regarding my concerns. Horrible experience and less than poor customer service. I will definitely report them to the BBB.

I am very impressed with the high quality services I received from Las Vegas Locksmith Pros. They were able to replace 3 old locks in the condo I just bought with no problems, and were able to help me choose the best locks for my needs. The new Medeco deadbolts look a lot better than the old, scratched up locks I had before and they feel a lot more sturdy and secure. The locksmith was friendly and worked quickly to get the job done. I am nothing short of satisfied with the outcome, great local Las Vegas locksmiths!

I was at a pool party at Planet Hollywood yesterday and somewhere in the mix I managed to lose my car keys so I had to call a locksmith to make me some new ones. I called a couple different places and I chose Las Vegas Locksmith Pros because they sounded American on the phone and they actually gave me an estimate on the price instead of just saying there was a service and labor charge. The locksmith showed up in about 25 minutes and rekeyed my Acura TL with no problems. Thanks again guys...big help!
