I love the friendly staff, and my pets always get the best care and treatment. Yes, the prices are higher than some other small vet clinics, but I feel more secure in my pets' well being when I take them to VCA Dudley.

I love the people here, they seem so caring, very gentle with my animals, pretty affordable prices, on your first visit with your animal they give you a bag of food for free.

I took my dog here when he was infected with parvo. They treated him so well and cure him. I also had a cat put to sleep here. They were so sympathetic it felt nice to have someone who understood.

This clinic is a great clinic and has quality vets that give quality care to your animals. However, when you walk through the door be prepared to spend more money than you bargained for. You may be taking an animal in for a spay/neuter and leaving with a bill for well over $150.00. Before they will perform the surgery they will give you a laundry list of all the shots/tests/etc. that your animal will need in order to do the spay/neuter. As if that isn't enough, you will gently be asked, "Now, would you like your animal to receive anesthesia for this procedure?". I am sure that there is a mandatory anesthesia given and this means "additional" anesthesia to put the animal totally under during the surgery; but when the pet owner hears those words, it strikes fear through to the heart and of course s/he is going to say, "Yes, by all means, give little Fluffy anything she needs to make her comfortable".
This hospital deserves a 5-star rating for the thoroughness of the way it treats the animals. I must give it a 3-star rating due to the fact that some of the 4-legged's owners are on fixed incomes and cannot afford all of the precautions that are demanded at the same time.
