I wrote a review a couple of years ago and surprise, surprise, I went to check and found they were back down to 2 reviews from 14 (all were negative except the ones the manager wrote (who at the time was erin ballis))! they are awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they take your $, claim they will back their word, give you free sessions, you will see results or else they will give you more treatments... all of which were not true for us except they took our money. period. so unless you like to fill your schedule (and good for you, they'll make you wait for a long while and well after the appointment time), AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE as i had titled my last review before it "disappeared"...

NOTE: I finally found it! Check them out as American Laser Ctr on here. THEY ARE CONS!

Firstly, on behalf of American Laser Centers, thank you for being a valued customer and I would also like to apologize for the delay in our response and any inconveniences you may have experienced. My name is Christine and I am contacting you from the Customer Service Department in response to your email. In response to your emailed concerns care ticket #19480 was created on your behalf. This ticket will be used to address the emailed concerns in order to document and follow your progress which allows for a timely resolution.

In regards to the cost, that is nonnegotiable as this was the agreed upon amount at the time and date of purchase and thus is still valid. Prior to signing you were made aware of all financial obligations that you would be responsible for and signed the treatment and financial agreement which clearly states that once treatments are received, the contract is binding and all fees are nonrefundable. This statement was neither concealed nor disingenuous as it was clearly printed on the face of your contract agreement.

I have reviewed your file and on your behalf I also checked with medical and was informed that your concern is not a contraindication to receiving treatment. So the clinic would not have to wait to treat you if this was noted on your medical history form. Please be advised that all refund request are handled on a clinic level therefore to futher assist you I have requested that the regional manager review your care ticket and concerns and contact you to address any questions or concerns that I may have missed or that you may still have. However, if I can be of further assistance or if you have any questions for me please feel free to contact me.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am asking for a refund on my treatment because my doctor told me that I should not continue treatment because of my hypothyrhodism which was listed on the intake sheet in Raleigh, NC. I got one 15 minute treatment on my face and do not believe that it cost the whole amount of what I paid. I paid $300.00 and the going rate in my area is $75 for 15 minutes of laser treatment. I have tried to resolve this issue with Julie in Raleigh, NC with no success. She states, "you got your face done and the legs where free." Well, they never done my legs. So they either owe me a leg treatment which I can not do or a refund. I am asking for $225.00 back because this is fair. If this issue is not resolved and I get back what is fair then I will be contacting WRAL NEWS in Raleigh, NC which is 5 on your side to get it resolved.

It really says it all in the heading. I was a skeptic because I have had it done before, but they told me that I could keep coming back until my hair was gone. Yes that is what I am getting done-hair removal. It's taking some time because my hair is stubborn but the trained & wonderful woman there are making sure we are going to get rid of what I came for as soon as we can. They are all so cool!
