We have a daycare business and our copying/ printing needs are not large. We do print flyers, etc for events and special occasions. Novacopy's sales people visited us on a couple of occasions. We decided to do the two week trial because we thought it would be simple if we did not like the copier. Within a week novacopy delivered a large Konica Minolta machine. It looked to be too much for our needs but we agreed to try it. The delivery did not go well. We did not know what day the set up was. They just showed up. The driver/ delivery guy was ok but said little to us. Later that day another novacopy person came and set up us up to print and scan. This technician was the best experience of novacopy. He was helpful and showed us ways to use the copier we had never thought of. Our two trial had a number of problems; the machine frequently jammed, overall it felt cheap, and like our initial concerns, it was too much for our minor needs. We asked for it to be removed and it was very difficult. They didn't want to schedule us and we were hounded to keep the machine. We received a visit from novacopys president who continued to badger us. I reminded him of the problems we had and he had the service manager call us. We were assured we would get a good working machine but at this point we just wanted it gone. It took another week but novacopy finally came and got it. Besides not listening to our needs, I found them to be overly poshy especially for a copier that had been far from reliable in the trial.\n

What a great help the service team from NovaCopy has been. Copiers can be a pain to work with, but NovaCopy's technicians help remedy any issue in a timely manner. However, within the first 6 months our copiers were experiencing constant jamming and unacceptable down times. We called customer service several times and had to wait several hours for someone to help us. It has been a year now and nothing has improved. Calling customer service is a waste of our time and just adds insult to injury. Don't make the same mistake we did. Do your research before signing a 5 year lease with this company.

The salesperson was experienced and informative, the install team worked around our schedule and was quick, and the trainer (though we were already very familiar with highspeed lasers printers) was helpful in going through our specific questions. I would recommend NovaCopy to anyone looking for copy equipment.

However, I am pleased to share that Novacopy has restored my belief in working in partnership with a supplier! Our office leased a photocopier a few years ago from Novacopy. I didn't realize until I was contact by Stephanie Wilburn that our lease was ending in a few months AND took the time and effort to compile a report to show me how my company can save money every month and trade out our machine for a new model! The proof was in her report and the numbers showed that I can actually save my company money every month. The process of seamless and I look like a hero in the office. Thank you to Stephanie and the Novacopy team ... their service has been immediate and I now have taken the task of negotiating another lease agreement off my list of ""things to do"".

First of all let me explain that I am a dentist with a small practice here in Nashville. I, like many other businesses in the area, was visited by NovaCopy a few months ago. I did not ask to be visited and I have a no soliciting policy. The sales rep got around this by calling during off business hours and informing me that they would be stopping by my practice unless I called to cancel (very rude). I was then repeatedly visited by the President of the company, Joe White, who is most definitely a used car salesman. After two weeks of arguing they finally took their machine back. My experience with them was definitely a waste of time and cost my business time and money. It is laughable to read the other reviews on here, especially the positive ones. These reviews are obvious shills that are being written by NovaCopy employees. They are even using the same verbiage that is used on the pamphlets that are passed out to businesses. Writing your own reviews is shameful and dishonest.

I am now stuck with a machine that only works half the time. I can personally attest that Joe White is one of the most pushy, used-car-salesman-esque people in the business. Don't be fooled. It is obviously after reading the other reviews that I am not the only customer who has been lied to. Nashville would be a better place without NovaCopy.

Of all the companies I have dealt with, NovaCopy is tops in my book! Their customer service really cares about issues one might have, and turnaround time on service calls is fast and professional. There;s no one better in Middle Tennessee!

I have dealt with NovaCopy a few times. Basically, they employ the ""get the sale at all cost"" ideology. NovaCopy does not care about its customers, NovaCopy cares about making the sale and taking your money. We had several issues with 3 of our copiers that we leased from NovaCopy. Each time we had an issue, a technician would come out, spend the entire day at our office, and the problem would still not be fixed. If you love throwing your money away, then you'll love NovaCopy.
