This is the restaurant in North Easton, not the shop in South Easton.

This space has seen a number of restaurants in it since I moved to town, but Fresh Catch seems to be doing fine. I'm not a seafood fan, but my family loves it, so we go occasionally. The first time I went, though, it was a disaster. I ordered a swordfish with mango salsa special, and the fish tasted like it was grilled on a cold dirty grill. Nasty. That put me off for years, but my family convinced me to try again. I've been back three times since, and I've been pretty happy. I tend to get the milder fish with the stronger spices, and I haven't been disappointed. They have steak and chicken dishes too, but I figure I should try what they specialize in. The corn bread is wonderful, too - nice fine crumb. Service was friendly and attentive. The chef's tolerated my son hanging out and watching them for about 10 minutes too - they brought out an enormous lobster for him to take a look at. I appreciated their attention.
