I was extremely disappointed with This Services. I had to have my breaker box replaced. They have 2 policies that caused me a great deal of pain and suffering! They required me to call my service provider before they installed the box which resulted in a disconnection of services. They also required the box being turned off until inspection. The inspector said that was unnecessary with the smart meters. Every agency stated the 2 procedures were not necessary in the first place. I was without electricity for over 36 hours and lost all food in 2 freezers. This Service said too badly, but not our fault! I tell all my friends to not call This for anything!!!! The only reason they get one star is that it is required.

Never use these people. We paid them thousands of dollars for a brand new system that still doesn't work 5 days later, and no one knows why. Every tech that comes out to our house tells use something different and the AC manager keeps telling us he will call us and never does.

Terrible. Owner is unresponsive. A/C went out around 7pm for the fourth time. Tech cam out and said there was a leak in the system & motors were burned out. Someone would come in the morning to fix. Techs came the next day and the unit still didn't work after repairs. I called again and was told to flip the breaker to reset the system. After this suggestion didn't work, I called again and was told to wait a while to see if the system kicked on, which it didn't. The tech had to return and told me he had switched off the unit in the attic and forgot. Now the unit upstairs runs continually and won't shut off. There is insulation and pieces of the duct coming in through the vents all over the house, which is new. I have had 6 service calls since purchasing the house 6 months ago. Now the company refuses to address the duct work problem under the warranty. Owner won't take my calls. Do not do business with this company.

City inspection needed finalizing for the 3rd time after Church services installed a HVAC system in my condo. When I called to set the appointment I reminded them 2 times to bring extention ladder because as they should be aware the ac unit is on the roof of the 2 story condo. Inspector showed up at 10:30 and no Church Services, no ladder and the work they did inside got red flagged again. I will not use them again.

Beware terrible after sales service once 1yr warranty is up.\nI Purchased 4 new trane air conditioning units via Home Depot. Home Depot gave the business to Extreme Comfort. I Subsequently purchased an automatic damper system directly from Extreme Comfort. Have had and still have numerous problems with the automatic damper system. After one of the A/C systems stopped working, called in a service call at 4pm for both the A/C unit and the damper system . I spoke to one of the owners Marc, who informed me an Engineer would be out the following morning. 4 hours later Marc, called me back to say that his partner, Brent had instructed him not to service my system and that I need to find another company. This company is happy to take your money for the upfront installation but don't want to support their workmanship as soon as the 1 yr warranty is up. \n
