Please be advised that, as usual, I'm most pleased with Bishop's prompt service while in need. AND I'm especially pleased with their employees. They are always neat, prompt and pleasant in completing an urgent repair. Jim worked hard to unplug the pipe to sink and to make sure that other fixtures were draining properly.

Scheduling the work on a bathroom drain was very quick and the office gave an appointment time that fit in my schedule. The confirmation call in the morning came within the time window stated.\r

The service tech arrived on time. He assessed the situation and provided the cost estimate for the work. As work progressed there were two clogs to be cleared in the bathroom lines. The second clog became a second charge. When the tech left all was draining fine, but the cost was high for 2 1/2 hours work. The entire time that the tech was on site, he was cheery and friendly. The qualithy of the work was good and he did clean up.

We have been repeat customers of Bishop for about a decade now. Bishop is the only company we consider calling for our plumbing. Their technicians are extremely professional and courteous and we have sumpreme confidence in the quality of their work. Bishop is a first rate company starting with the girls who answer the phone and set the appointments. Bryan did a great job for us today. I will continue to recommend them to potential customers.

Cormac came to replace a faucet that was installed a few weeks back. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He took care while in my house by putting covers over his shoes when he walked in, made sure drop cloths were properly placed. After looking at the faucet, he let me know that it was under warranty and immediately replaced the faucet. The only plumbing company I'll ever call is Bishop Plumbing. Their office made a call telling me that he was on his way 1/2 hour before he got here. Need a plumber, call Bishop Plumbing!

Jason came and introduced himself. He was very conscientious about wearing the ""blue shoes"" and caring about keeping everything orderly. He explained step by step the procedure and was willing to answer all my questions.\r
All in all I was very impressed with Jason and his work!

I found Bishop Plumbing theough an internet search and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Chicagoland area. Not only were they prompt, but the professionalism of the Company is incredible from the personnel who answer the phone, to the ones who confirm the appointment and especially the technician who did the servicing. Everything is explained in advance, pricing and repair options provided and they do what they say. Unuual in today's market.

I had to call Bishop out for an emergency in the middle of the night. The plumber was very knowledgeable and courteous (even though we were both sleep deprived!).\r
He showed me what was needed and completed the work efficiently. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

After 24 hours of cooling down with my experienced of getting robbed by two plumbers yesterday I am more incline to give the facts. While Bryan and his helper were indeed very friendly and presented fine customer service at first impression, it was total my mistake not to have paid them their 79.00 fee for the estimate and throw them out. Who pays 865 per hour for a sew cleanout. After you wait more than 48 hours I gave them the go ahead thinking one hour max. To my surprise the SOB pulled a 2 hour min surprise on me. To add insult they were not able to complete the job unless I paid them 2200 more. Thats when I threw them out. I fixed it myself for less then 200. I think they are paid based on how much they screw the customer. NO STARS FOR BISHOP. Call someone else.

The two gentlemen Brian and Mark who came to my home today to look into the strange noise coming from the sump pump your company installed were polite, neat, very informative and got right to the problem.\r
They solved the problem quickly and completely to my satisfaction. They also cleaned up well! They were great!

Bishop's employee, Cormak, was a lifesaver. We had a clogged toilet on Sunday at were expecting company. Cormak arrived timely, diagnosed our problem and then quickly took care of the problem. He was very mindful of trying not to dirty the floors and around the work site area (knowing we were expecting guests).\r

They have 200+ reviews. Maybe they use to be good but I used them the first time and the biggest RIP OFF. The technician did not knot know what he was doing. Initially told us 1 hr work and took much more time to finish. Said will charge $900/hr. Is that even legal. Called another company and when we said how much we paid, they started laughing at us. For the same work charged us 140 and finished it in 30 min.
