I recently moved to Denver and had some work that supposedly needed to be performed on my truck. The work was suggested by the Chevy store where I purchased it in Montana. I brought my truck into Mike Shaw to have repairs completed. Not only did they inspect my truck free of charge but they told me that I really did not need to complete the work that was recommeded. There is a first time for everything. I now trust a car dealership! (strange I know)

After purchasing a used vehicle from Mike Shaw Chevrolet we are very disappointed not only in our vehicle, but the service we received. Within a week after purchasing our vehicle over $800 dollars of repairs were needed at the ones completed at the dealership prior to our purchase were proven faulty (air conditioning belt squeeks continuously and oil had not been changed as promised). We went to the dealership with our concerns and they were unwilling to help at all. So, our new used car ended up at the repair shop with Mike Shaw temp tags...not good advertising! We will never purchase a vehicle from Mike Shaw again and advise others to be cautious when making a used car purchase.

Excellent customer service! Everyone at this dealership is pleasant, and helpful. They take their time and will give personal attention no matter how long it takes. Thier selection of vehicles is unbeatable, and if they don't have the vehicle you want they take the time to help you find one elsewhere. They are friendly and will put no pressure on you to buy a vehicle, because their main goal is to build a good relationship with the customers. My husband and I looked at buying a new duramax after our son rolled ours, and they helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I have also been pleased that there have been no problems with our truck and we have had it for two years.

The BEST experience EVER!!!!!
I dropped by to look at some cars and I was greeted very respectfully and promptly. I was shown vehicles that I wanted to look at and all of my questions were answered. I ended up buying a used saab 9-3 from Ben. He was the nicest young man and made sure that I understood everything. I LOVE my new car. If you are looking for a car you need to go to Mike Shaw and ask for Ben. You will never have a better car buying experience.

I got a 2003 Chevy Avalanche from Mike Shaw. I got a new 2005 one, I liked the
2003 so well. The 2003 had a totally water-weather-dust-tight-protected bed. The new one leaks through the panels covering the top of the bed. The advertising AND THE OWNER'S MANUAL says that it is supposed to be waterproof, except pressure washing. Mike shaw says " Oh no, look right here, ( in the manual ) it says it is not impervious to water, sorry Mr. " . Well, if they had represented the 2005 as not being the engineering twin of the 2003, which it is in all visible respects, it is a concealed defect or a manufacturing defect of the 2005 Avalanche I never would have disposed of the 2003. I have had them try to fix it several times, and no hot doggie, we'll see what happens, I can't carry Electronics in the back of a " leaky boat ".

She paid over $2,000 for the warranty. She made numerous calls, visits. When I went to the dealership I was assured the contract was in place and a copy would be mailed along with a warranty ID card. Three months have gone by, more calls, nothing. Apparently, little old lady's would be wise to avoid Mike Shaw.

I have brought in my Saab to Shaw over four times to have the same problem corrected. Each and every time they did not fix the car properly - parts were not installed or not installed correctly. Never once did they respond with an apology or discounts, only more and more double talk and fast blame!
