I live in Manalapan & HAVE AN IN GROUND POOL BY THEM THAT IS 20 YEARS OLD. I ALSO BOUGHT A SPA FROM THEM, AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN, ALL OF MY CHEMICALS AND FLOATS, AND A POOL TABLE FOR MY BASEMENT. I HAVE NOT ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS BUSINESS AND I THINK THAT EVERYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN BUYING ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS SHOULD TAKE THEIR TIME TO STOP IN HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND THEY HAVE SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE IN 1-3 DAYS.

Now this place is better with pool supplies. The service was friendly and the staff was knowledgeable. I enjoyed being there and getting my pool supplies. Great place!

if the service would be better this place would be recommended to everyone. Unfortunately that's not the case. Sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable. But once the service is needed for the construction, service or opening of the pool - it's like they don't care about you. it's like you are bothering them to do work. some are very rude as well - central Jersey must fix this. they lost me as a customer because of the service dept.

The store is not very large but they have some really nice set-ups which really makes you imagine these things in your own backyard. The sales people are pretty friendly and answer your questions the best they can but did not know everything we wanted to know about a particular spa. it's worth checking out though if you're in the market.
