Best Western Monroe Inn & Suites

I stayed here last week and aa woman was the worst custome service person, ever. So I called and complained to the manager of this place and he was very dismissive and almost rude. Thank god for two gentlemen named Eric and Lenard , they were the nicest men I've ever met and they showed great customer service. The woman, made me feel like I was bothering her anytime I asked a question or needed anything. These two men should own their own hotel . I was disappointed the manager didn't care about anything I had to say

Friends of ours stayed here. We visited while they were here, and our kids swam in the pool together. Their room was nice and neat. It is off a major road and easy to get to. There are not very many hotels around us, and this was a good choice.

Easy to work with to set up rooms. Everything was handled professionally. They are a little stingy on the towels & we had to ask for extra on a regular basis.

This place recently opened and has pretty reasonable rates. They also have smoking rooms available. The desk clerk was very cordial when I booked my rooms for family members. Overall, pretty clean.

We had a pleasant stay. It was quiet, the pool was clean and we had enough towels. The staff were very pleasant, we needed to have our rooms side by side and they honored our request. My family and I would stay there again. The price is right !

We had a sleepover birthday party here and the staff was great and friendly! The room was clean with fresh towels and enough toiletries! We had a double queen room with 4 girls and they had a great time!
