Dan Clark was my salesperson when I purchased my pre-owned Q7 in April of 2011. Dan is very professional and a great guy to work with. He treated me and my wife with respect and kindness from the beginning of the car buying process and has not stopped working with me, even after the sale. Dan has been there for me to help me with any service issues or questions about the car. I even have his cell phone number that he insists I use for any reason. I even enjoy just stopping into the dealership for a car wash and chatting with Dan about anything, not just the car. I would definitely consider buying another Audi and buying it from Dan Clark.

In the last two weeks I've spent a lot of time at Continental Audi working with Audi Specialist William Calderon, as my husband and I picked up his new A3 and my new Q5. We first worked with William back in '09 when I purchased my 2010 TTS. The experience went to well, we had to go back to him. He is a pleasure to work with. He does what ever he can to put you in the Audi you desire. We ordered our vehicles, and William kept us up to date on their progress throughout the 8 week wait for them to come in. I'm pretty sure most people don't enjoy the car buying process....but as a woman, its even more daunting. I purposefully walked through dealership lots on Sundays so I could make up my mind without being bothered and then searched the internet for a salesman/dealership that had good customer reviews. I don't have the time or patience to pick a dealership randomly and then sit through mind numbing negotiations so the internet was extremely helpful. And finally, I found Dan Clark at Continental Audi in Naperville, IL. I wasn't completely sold on the Audi SUV but since Dan, the dealership and the service department all had fantastic reviews I had to check it out.

I live in the City of Chicago so Naperville is a loooong way to drive for anything. But I'm so glad I did! Dan Clark was the perfect salesperson for me. He was knowledgable, genuine and easily guided me through the options and vehicle pricing. We had to negotiate a few things (you always do when making a purchase this big) but Dan was professional and even made things fun. And when he had to go and check on a few things, the other salesman treated me well too. What a crazy place!

Seriously, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. And I loooove my Audi Q5. I even look forward to seeing Dan when I take it in for regular check ups. When have you ever wanted to see your salesman again? :)

I recently purchased an Audi A-4 Premium Plus from the team of William Calderon, Jason Lechowicz, and Larry Durnil. William, my salesperson was low key, extremely knowledgeable and very understanding of my time. We made a deal over the phone and he honored it with no games and no further negotiation. He also took the time to deliver my new car properly showing me every feature. A sale and delivery like this hasn??t happened during my last 3 Audi purchases at different dealerships. Jason approved the sale and trade in without a fuss. Never have I felt so comfortable during negotiations. At closing, Larry Durnil took care of all the paper work and even compared my spreadsheet contract to his own. Our numbers came in .09 apart. Larry is a great guy and very efficient. At one point they offered a service where they would come to my home with a loaner, take my car in for service and then return my car when finished?..at no charge. This is when I thought the deal and service I received was too good to be true. What a great dealership. Well worth the ride from Algonquin. I want to thank that team for the best car buying experience ever.

He has the product knowledge that a client expects, he answered all our inquiries with great satisfaction. He has given us the absolute assistance, that we were able to drive the car the same day. Whatever challenges that we faced with our old car became a thing of the past. Dan is a truthful man - he said to call him for whatever help I need - he returned my call in less than half an hour which was very impressive. I can honestly say that I can recommend friends and family to Continental Audi which we are confident that they will get the same great experience that we had.

I do not live in close proximity to Continental Audi, and after this experience certainly would never go anywhere else to purchase or service my car, and they offered to have someone drive to me and provide me with a loaner then take my car in for servicing! They also have a fantastic parts department who assured me the parts they use are certified Audi parts and never cut corners when servicing the car. They do their best to assess the situation and give appropriate timing to service the car, all the while keeping the customer updated with status reports. I am in the service industry myself and to have this kind of dedication from an auto dealer is unheard of and I am very pleased to do business with Continental Audi.

I did look at other places at the same car but the process at Continental was pain free and enjoyable. Dan makes car shopping fun, the way it should be. I was looking for an Audii TT, and the version I wanted was in short supply. Viktor found one excatly as I wanted, and brought it to naperville for purchase. In another, I traded in a 6 month old car, and Viktor worked hard to get the maximum residual value for the trade against an Audi Q7.
He has been a pleasure to work with over the years.

Dan is always willing and ready to get involved on the issues one has with their car. In December 2008, I worked with Viktor at Continental Audi in Naperville in order to get an Audi Q7 to accommodate three small children in their carseats comfortably. At the time, I was completing a lease of a Japanese luxury mid-sized SUV and planned to use it as a trade-in. The entire process through the third party bank was far from hassle-free. Viktor was very helpful in following through with this process and really getting me into the car that my family and I really wanted. Q7 is sporty, safe, comfortable and definitely has that German driving experience I truly missed in my previous car. Twenty-seven months later, Viktor still checks in with me from time to time during car servicing or to provide news updates from Audi. John Ditch was the sales associate person who sold me my dream car, my TT. He was very professional and courteous and not a typical salesman like you may find in most dealerships, trying to rush you into buying. He took the time to explain everything and responded to my emails very quickly.

I have purchased multiple Audis from Continental becase of the excellent sales help of Viktor Hadjiev and the continued good service help of Shannon Nelson.
The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As a customer you receive good pricing along with excellent service. Although the facility is already attractive and spotlessly clean, it is currently being expanded and upgraded. One example is the addition of a detail shop.
An example of Continental's Extroadinary Service follows:
One of the vehicles I purchased, an S4 Convertible, had a bluetooth connection option that was not working properly. Audi factory information provided to the dealership (after I took delivery of hte vehicle) indicated that specific option may not be able to work properly with the cell phone I was using at the time. Instead of making excuses, the dealership promptly refunded the entire purchase price of the option. I have found caring about a customer's happiness, to this extent, is very rare in a car dealership and I highly recommend this one.
