Amazing knowledge of chakrahs and pressure points. Tyrsa was able to find tension points and relieve them without me even telling her. Awesome!

I went to Spellbound for a Spellbound Beauty Signature Facial. It was so relaxing that I fell a sleep. The staff is very friendly and polite. They make sure you're satisfied with the service. I also liked the chic decoration of the waiting area and the elegant rooms. Groupon packages are a plus. It was my first time there and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! Very comfortable and relaxing. There were some great kinds/types of massages that I had never had before. I was sore from Pilates and this really helped loosen me up. Very refreshing, will come back.

Victoria did a great job with my sweedish massage. I went using a youswoop and will definitely be back . Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Spellbound was a delight! Reggie was my masseuse and he was great. I had bandaged spots I asked him to avoid and the massage was still excellent. I was impressed by his technique. And the receptionists were very helpful with scheduling.

5 stars for service/ massage quality: This is a reasonably priced place with great service. I have been here twice for massages (hot stone and swedish). Both times my masseuses were great! I particularly liked working with Leo. Overall, the staff is very good and not pushy with offering extras/ package deals etc.

I used to hate massages and think they were a waste of money, until I started having tightness in my neck/upper back due to too much time at my computer and overall work stress. I bought a Youswoop for Spellbound, and had the most therapeutic 90-minute massage I could have imagined. My therapist really dug into my muscles to break up the knots. It hurt, and she was sensitive to it, but I didn't want her to stop. I could tell I needed it so badly and so could she. I left there feeling amazing. I even felt like I was breathing deeper and better. I see other reviews that mention the strange space in the office building. It is odd, but once you get into the Spellbound space, it is very spa-like. And the best part is - they get the job done. For me, that's what it's all about.

Elle, the owner of Spellbound genuinely cared about our experience, even when we were a little late she worked us in to get the most out of the time we had. The massages were wonderful, the therapist I had was Deb in case anyone needs a referral. She also really tailored to my overall experience, she asked questions about areas in need and made sure the pressure was appropriate. I had a 90 minute Swedish massage, and felt wonderful afterward. I would definitely suggest that people give this place a try, the business is still young. I think that they are proving their dedication to their clients as they are getting in touch with them and as things will surely stabilize for them I wish them the best. They really do have wonderful services, and are very accommodating. I will definitely go back.

Excellent massage and acupressure treatment, everything was well worth it! I walked in here unable to stand up straight and left feeling MUCH BETTER and properly aligned. Thank You Very Much!

I've been a regular client at Spellbound for the better part of 2 years now and the consistent experience I have had keeps the solid 5 star rating. It took 11 years of living in Chicago to find good massage. In those 11 years I had a lot of bad massages in this city. Anyhow, Iris rocks! For my tastes, I like to leave in a different state of body and mind than I came in with....and SpellBound continually delivers.

When I called to schedule they were pretty much booked and had 1200 people trying to schedule in the 3 weeks before a coupon expired - so they decided to waive the expiration date and honor all of the youswoop certificates. The receptionist was very helpful and found a Saturday morning appointment without a problem.

We went in for our massages - we both opted for the 90 minute Swedish massage - the experience was fantastic. We had Emily and Reuben; both were professional and did an excellent job working the areas requested and made the entire session relaxing and comfortable.

The receptionist was professional and helpful when we arrived. No complaints from us!

I have had over thirty massages and have been to over twenty spa's, but Spellbound Bodywork is the best massage therapy in Chicago! It is an incredible experience and a massage you must try!

One of the best massages I have ever gotten...she has a great inviting feel and works very hard to get all the tension out. I would recommend Elle to anyone needing deep bodywork. She is the best.

i have been going to jenise for at least 4 years now off and on. i have to say, she is hands down the best facialist/esthetician around. she is quality quality quality personified. i merely come for my appointment and she will determine what my skin needs and give it to me. her products are great. i love jenise and she will always be on my list of preferred vendors. i would recommend her services without any hesitation! i go to her for facials. and she always complements my youthful skin. haha.. the added bonus is not only is she my esthetician, i consider a dear dear person in my life and her prices rock. you cannot get any more reasonable for the quality you receive with her.

I had a very relaxing experience, I took my mom for her first massage for her birthday and she loved it! The environment is cute and cozy and we felt very comfortable. The price was less than I expected and well worth it. We decided to make this our new birthday rituals :)

I go to Jenise for my facials and she is awesome! Very knowledgeable (her recommendations and advice have been right on), sweet and easy to talk to. Her prices are also affordable...you won't be disappointed!
