I have been doing research on current SUV choices and decided to check out the Honda CRV and Kia Sorrento. After seeing so many bad reveiws on the SB Kia dealer I will not have to drive to Ontario.....if the dealer is going to respond to each negative review ..... do something about them......there is obviously something not right there.

I saw an add in the pennysaver about a deal I was interested in. I decided to call them up (HUGE MISTAKE) I was put on hold 4 times and each time the call was disconnected. Then I called back and one of the girls proceeded to argue with me after I told her I was upset and not to put me on hold. There customer service is HORRIBLE! I have worked in car dealerships throughout my life and am educated enough to know their system sucks! They obviously don't want to make a sale and don't care.Their employees are rude and ignorant. I will never go to this dealership ever again! If you want good customer service DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!
