Love the decor/atmosphere; nice comfort-food-plus menu; really friendly and attentive, quick waitstaff. Really appreciated the blessed relief of a quiet place to eat dinner compared to the din of most places in Burien. Paid a little more than we'd have liked for the special, given the portion size, but it was excellent. Not thrilled about my margarita but at least it wasn't from a mix. Will definitely try this place again-- so appreciative of a place geared towards adults and families whose idea of relaxing involves conversation that can be heard without shouting and cupping hands behind ears and a comfortable, attractive atmosphere that suggests taste without pretension and informality without sloppiness. will definitely try again-- probably not the margarita though. Thanks for the pillows at the tables!

we ate here once and food was decent. really wanted to utilize them for my child special occasion.. went in 2 wks ago. wait staff said she would have the owner call me in about 1-2 hrs.. gave my phone number .... no call back and it has been over 2 week. very disappointing. apparently they don't need this type of business.

I wanted to like this restaurant and gave it two chances, both were a let down. I will never be back.

The wait staff acts like they are doing you a favor by doing their job of giving you a menu, taking your order, etc.

The service is slow even when there are only 6 other customers in the place. Adding more insult is the wait staff frequently congrates near the bar and talks and laughs amongst themselves rather than attending to customers.

The food taste is average, portions are small, prices are more than they should be for a no-name mediocre neighborhood restaurant.

They recently closed for lunch and now only offer dinner. I predict 1 year from now they will be closed. This is a classic example of how poor management of a restaurant causes its failure.

Last Wednesday, we went here for the first time for the ??special? of the night: burgers. We arrived a little after 6. There were 11 other people in the restaurant, all were seated and from what we observed had all placed their orders well before we arrived. The hostess and waitress were both courteous and we were seated promptly. By 6:15 we had placed our order: 2 medium rare burgers. My husband had the bacon cheddar burger and I had the cheese and mushroom burger. It was over half an hour before we got our food. The buns were wonderful, the fries were fine but the hamburger patties themselves were miniscule and overcooked. There was no pink whatsoever. There was also no lettuce, tomato, onion or pickle on the burger or any sauce at all. We had to ask for mayonaise. My husband found the amount of cheese to be lacking and I had MAYBE 4 slices of mushroom on my burger. We only had ice water to drink and yet by the time we had left a tip we had paid $17.00. If the food had been exceptional, we would have overlooked some other things we observed: the whole time we waited there were a couple of young boys wandering in and out of the restaurant and kitchen. The music was loud which might have been okay if it hadn??t also been obnoxious. We were never asked how our food was by the waitstaff. The table across from us, the women received their meals and sat there a full five minutes and finally were urged to begin eating by their table mates before the two men??s meals finally were served. The dcor isn't that great either but we would have overlooked the rest of it if we had gotten good food and value for money. We eat out about once a week, we tend to go to local, non-chain establishments such as Angelo??s on 152nd in Burien. We like to support local businesses but our experience at Archery Bistro felt like we had wasted our money. We don??t plan to come back.
