This is one of the worst travel agent that i have ever delt with.
Incident 1) I bought ticket to India thru this travel agent and had to cancel my trip, it took me some 50 emails, 20 phone calls and 8 months to get my money back. You deal with one person for some time they quit and no one know whats going on, got to remind the whole story again fwd the emails, on yah..! they seem to agree that they need to pay me and then everything goes silent, again the same story took me a decent months to get my money back.
Incident 2) After all that happened i bought the tickets again thru them this time for my aunt. Her return flight from Orlando where i live is at 6:15 PM, i did not check in early my mistake, but we reached the airport by 4, now i got the delta counter which is connecting to JFK and then she take Qatar to India, now the delta person says the flight schedule has changed and it is leaving in 30 mins, we cannot board you, now delta says its the travel agent responsibility to inform me, which they never did and when i call them they say its not their mistake and they cannot do anything. I remember the other time when this happened the travel agent called me like a good two week in advance and informed me and sent me an email as well. Now because of what happened i had to pay for an other domestic flight to JFK $400 + additional luggage $50. Now after doing all this my aunt still lost one of her baggage. So never buy tickets from this Travel Agent...

Extremely deceptive, dishonest, incompetent, and unprofessional travel agent. They can book you onto a flight that doesnt exist, send you an itinerary with flights showing "cancelled" and "unconfirmed", and then blame it all on the airlines, and ask you to deal with the airlines yourself. And all that after you have paid your money in full. Please do not be mislead by the glorious reviews. 5 out of the 9 reviews were posted on the same date (???). Looks like if you are not part of the select clientelle they like to do their business with, then you will end up being jerked around like I was. Will not recommend this travel agent to any person desirous of a prompt and decent service by way of a clean and transparent deal, with straightforward answers to questions, and quick resolutions.

Dear Ms. B. You purchased the tickets on Feb 21st on Continental Airlines, that was flying to Kolkata as a code share with Lufthansa. I know it is hard for you to believe, but Continental no longer exists, and Lufthansa ceased operations into Kolkata. What you are saying is false, because you got the eticket confirmation on the 21st of February, and this review is written in the middle of April. Anyone can verify the information I just provided by calling United. What Ms. Bose is saying is her opinion, and not a fact. Also, the reviews were written at different times by different people and that can be verified by anyone as well. Ms. Bose had travel insurance, and she was asked to call the insurance company to get reimbursed, to which she responded that she didn't have the time as she is a college professor, and since she paid Air Savings Travel, they were obligated to sort the whole thing out for her. I can provide copies of correspondence to anyone who wishes to see it. The fact of the matter is, that If you call United Airlines right now, the hold time is at least 30 minutes for any issues because they are still trying to accommodate Continental passengers. I would like to repeat that what Ms. Sarbani Bose is saying is her opinion, and not a fact. Her first statement is completely false, and she can verify that with United is she wishes to. We stand by our commitment to provide excellent customer service to all our customers, but if someone gets abusive, we have to draw the line right there.Deepa is great to work with. We have been booking our tickets with her for the past 8 years and they are quick and great prices.

I happened to mail air-savings by chance and it turned out to be good. I mailed lot of agencies for a ticket and I got a really quick response with a good price quote from Air-Savings. Nimissha was prompt and helpful. Will recommend to family and friends. ;)

Air-Savings is really very helpful and they are very patient to answer all the questions. I've never seen a service before anything like this. Even if you change your bookings before purchasing the ticket or ask them to try different options, they don't say no like other agencies and also they don't try to convince or force you to buy the ticket. Air-Savings give any option you want to choose but they also recommend the best price out of everything. Bindu was helping me with my booking needs.
