Rick is the go-to guy for Sleep Problems/Insomnia and for troubles with Anxiety. I'm glad I found him.

I refer my clients with Insomnia, Anxiety and similar troubles. Rick helps my clients battle their demons and then I hear back from them over and over what a great guy he is, how kind he is and how he's helped them. That's exactly what I need to hear to keep sending people to see him.

His sleep therapy is the Gold Standard treatment for Insomnia and is usually just 5 to 8 visits, which is unbelievably fast for any therapy(!). It also yields identifiable results instead of unending session after session. Anxiety treatment often goes longer, depending on how much is all "in the mix" contributing to the anxiety.
