I am not an abs person. The only pilates I've done is on a mat which I've done with very mixed results. However, at Mindful Movements Pilates Studio I found my pilates experience to be accessible and fun. My first workout on the reformer made total sense with Nicky's guidance and patience. I was pleased to feel like I got a total body workout, which I hadn't expected. Nicky is a clear instructor who knows anatomy and personal training inside and out. The fact that each class is limited to four people guarantees that you will get personalized attention and guidance. I honestly cannot recommend Nicky highly enough.
