rude staff I visited this establishment to get a key copied and I was quite astonished by the attitude of the staff. I was ignored by the gentlemen working behind the counter for several minutes until the other employee smoking a cigarette in front of the store finally came in and said abrasively "What you want?" They were able to copy my key, but I will find somewhere else to get these services from in the future.

these other reviews are accurate. they not only took 2 weeks to order very basic locks, but when I wanted them keyed to my key, it cost me 4 times what it normally should have. I was once a locksmith and could have ordered the locks (which should have been stocked), and rekeyed them by the next afternoon. These guys aren't busy for good reason. Take your business elsewhere.
