We happened upon Tomaso's by accident in 2006 and we absolutely loved it. We just recently went back in Oct 2007, we were in town for 3 days and ate thier 3 times, twice for dinner and once for lunch. Every dish is fantastic, each dish we had got better and better. The bolognese in the spring of 2006 hooked us and I think we have tried every pasta dish since then. We will definately be back the next time we are in town. I wish they had a website so I could congratulate them and thank them in directly.

Pros: Food is fantastic, service is perfect and ambiance is extraordinary

Cons: I need to fly to get there...

We are from Chicago and we asked the concierge at the Phoenician for a good Italian restaurant.
What we foud far exceeded our expectations. The service, the food, the "simpatico" Maitre D',
just unforgetable.
They even make their own sausage. My wife had the "Neapolitan Seafood Cioppino", what we call in Chicago Zuppa di Mare, an absolute feast. Geogious mussels, clams, shrimp and various
seafood in a zesty tomato sauce over linguine. Just perfect.
