My husband has been going to him for years! Great guy, very informative, listens and answers all your questions. Takes the time to know his patients. Would refer him.

I would Not Ever recommend this office to any one. \n\nThis office is like a zoo. It did NOT matter what time your appointment is. Waiting to see a doctor is forever. My appointment was at 9 am. I had to wait in the waiting area for 30 minutes, then I had to wait in the exam room and I was so tired so I did take a nap on the exam table for another 15 minutes then my doctor, Dr. Villa showed up.\n\nStaffs are so rude and Not helpful at all. I am a very healthy gal. Each year, I always have physical check up and have to check my cholesterol, sugar, and other stuffs. My insurance always cover for my annual check up. \n\nWhen I was at this office, Dr. Villa asked me what was the reason why I am here. I said I am here to have annual check since I am very healthy so All I need is your lab order to check my cholesterol, sugar, and other stuffs. We talked for another 3 minutes, the doctor never exam on me for anythings, then he gave me the lab order for annual checking for cholesterol, sugar, other stuffs.\n\nOne month later, I received the bill from the office of $75 for an office visit, and $99 for my lab test. I called my Anthem Blue Cross insurance and I found out that this office billed my insurance for consultation. I called the office and talked to one of the staff about what consultation that Dr. Villa did render to me? I explained to her that all I need is his order for my lab check up. Dr. Villa never exam on me because I told him that I am very healthy. All she said is doctor wrote in my chart that he did a consultation. \n\nFinally, I came to the office and talked to the manager. She said She can Not help me. I wanted to meet and talk to Dr. Villa. They never let me meet him. \n\nThe Manager told me if I can pay $75 for the office visit then she can call and talk to the lab to waive me the fee. I did pay $75 for the office visit. And guess what She Never Did Call the Lab. Until now, I still receive the bill of $99 for my annual lab test. \n\nIt was a very Bad Experience For Me and I would Never recommend to anyone to this office. This office will drive all the good patient away.\n\n\n

Pros: Example: best croissants in town

Cons: What are the drawbacks?

Dr. Kritz is great - he is the only one we have seen from this whole group of Dr's. Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get in. The nurses are nice.

Although the front office is rude the doctor is really good. Really friendly and he has helped me out a lot. The waiting it takes forever even if you get there early you still have to wait for about 45 minutes. The front office just needs to calm down and stop acting all rude because the customer is always right and treat him/her with respect as well as you would like to be treated.

Dr. Kritz is friendly and thoughtful. I did not feel rushed as I do with some doctors in the past. The front office staff is average and could be friendlier. The wait time was terrible. My appointment was at 10am and since I was a new patient I was told to get there at 9:45am to fill out paperwork. I showed up at 9:40am and had my paperwork in by 9:50am. I was called to the back at 10:30am and the doctor walked in at 10:50am. I was back in my car at 11am.
