I happened to be at the veterinary hospital when this particular incident happened. In addition, I actually know the person writing this review, Ms. Jamie Lupo, (Janie Lupo). I have been a client at TVH for over 20 years and the Dr.'s there are the BEST in the valley. I have many pets and a dairy. I have extensive experience with veterinarians over many years, because the vets and staff at TVH are too nice to ever post anything about a client, even a crazy one like this. Let me describe this person and what ACTUALLY happened. First, I, at one time worked with Ms. Lupo, and she is not a dependable person and could be called unstable. She has a violent temper and always blames her inability to manage her own life on others. She brought a cat in the door that was almost dead. It looked dead, but apparently it was breathing. She was abusive the minute she walked in the door with the receptionist. She was put in an exam room and apparently given an estimated for services (which they always do at TVH), and we could her her screaming in the lobby about the cost. (If you don't like the price why not just go somewhere else??). She did not have the money obviously. She was abusive and she at some point went into the back room of the clinic because I could see her back in the back room through the receptionist's door screaming and being very abusive to Dr. Linderman about how she was a bad example for her children(as if she is a good example), and every time Dr. Linderman tried to explain something to her, she just vented more and more of her anger on Dr. L.(the receptionist informed me later that there is extensive video surveillance in the building). She eventually left the back room then went into the parking lot and was yelling into her phone and telling people who were coming into the building how awful TVH was. She was totally out of control. The receptionist called the police but Ms. Lupo left before they came. I was informed on a recent visit, when I asked about this incident, that she continued to call and harass the staff and the Dr.'s at TVH for a week and they were in the process of filing a restraining order on her, when she finally stopped. This completely unstable and crazy woman then proceeded to trash Dr. Linderman and TVH all over the internet. This is a prime example of slander and lies being perpetrated by a crazy person on the internet. This type of behavior is criminal and destroys the lives of hard working honorable business people. It appears that Insider Pages is not only condoning this behavior but encouraging the ruin of many hard working business people based on the lies of the mentally ill, unstable and disgruntled employees. This woman is very lucky that the people at TVH are people of great integrity and would not do the same to another, even after a despicable incident like this has been so blatently misrepresented all over the internet.

I would really like to give them less then half a star!! Taking our pet to this vet was a terrible awful and tramatic experience. We will never take any of our pets to Sharon Linderman or any other clinic owned by her again. We took our 13 yr old cat in to be seen because he had been acting lethargic and had vomited twice over a two day period, but that was unusual for him. The office staff was very rude when making the appt over the phone and also when we arrived in the office. The vet techs handled our cat roughly and acted like he was some kind of inanimate object rather then the sweet and gentle cat that he is. Sharon Linderman the vet, as she would call herself, said that she needed to do labwork to see if his liver and kidneys were working. When she came back with the results his liver and kidneys were fine, but (according to her) he had a severe infection and was severely dehydrated. She said that he had a infection around his lungs and even with treatment our pet would probably die. She gave us an estimate for his treatment of between 700-900 dollars and said that he had to be hospitalized because he was very sick and very dehydrated. When I questioned how our pet could have contracted this infection I was told that it was from inhaling a foxtail. I then asked how our pet would have inhaled a foxtail if he has always been an indoor pet and never had been outdoors in his life? Sharon Linderman then became very huffy with me after that and refused to send us home with antibiotics for our pet and allow us to try and hydrate him at home which would have been affordable for us to do. In fact, when I asked if she would do that for us she picked up the paper that the estimate was printed out on and told me in front of my three children that she would not do anything for us and that we could leave now. We then decided to take our cat to the vet that he had from the time he was a kitten in Bakersfield the next morning. In the morning at his old vets office, we told him the story of what had happened the day before, there we were told that nothing was wrong with our cat. He said that our cat was actually very well hydrated and he did a chest x-ray just to double check and make sure that there was no infection around his lungs as we had been told before. EVERYTHING checked out fine and our cat is perfectly happy and healthy. Sharon Linderman and her office staff are not only rude and unkind to animals but they are in the practice of misdiagnosing pets with conditions that they do not have and charging for hospitalizations for these conditions from people who do not realize that they are being taken for their money. One big tip off for me was that Sharon Linderman came in and told us that he had an infection around his lungs before she ever listened to his lungs in the first place and also that she said our indoor pet aquired an infection from a foxtail outside! We are so thankful that we had the sense to seek a second opinion instead of forking out the money that we almost did for a illness that our pet never had! If you love your pet do not take them to Tulare Vet or Sharon Linderman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sharon Linderman does not deserve to call herself a vet, she is just using our love for our pets as her cash cow and should have her vet license taken away for fraudulently charging people for conditions that their pets do not have!
