This company was assigned by the bank we were trying to refinance with. I have read reviews online on different sites, all of which say that this company completely low-balled the appraisals of homes and I found this to be true in my instance as well. Sites like Trulia and Zillow appraise our home for around $800k. Our real estate broker (15 years experience in Sonoma County) who sold us the home appraised it at around $775-$800k based on comps, sq footage, etc. ... and our next door neighbors just listed their home this week for $880k. ... and Bradley and Steil appraised our home for $670k 3 weeks ago, which caused us to miss out on a refinance. Might I add that our home is 3200 sq. feet and my neighbors is 3,050.

If you're a real estate agent, lender, home owner, etc looking for a fair appraisal, DO NOT use this company

He was the 2-d appraisal for the same property within 2 weeks. He gave the lowest value by 10% of the house (!) It was $450k instead of $500k from other appraisal company. I believe that he refused to consider all the improvements we did in the last 5 years. (complete remodeling of the house)
In addition to this he made a mistake in paperwork and bank returned appraisal back to him for corrections.
I paid for the appraisal, but his office manager refused even to tell me the house value. (I got complete appraisal from the bank)
But worked fast.

Pros: Fast. Very friendly during inspection.

Cons: Very low value. A mistakes in paperwork.
