The reason why no one wants to go to Sam's Club Folsom, CA 95630 is because the manager Glen Cleveland is RUDE and RACIST. He doesn't know how to interact with the public. He needs some diversity training.
I was there 3 weeks ago, to return a gift that was given to me. Needleless to say that I had the original receipt, plus I am a current Sam's member. The cashier needed authorization, because of the amount that needed to be refunded back to me. Since a supervisor was not able to solve this issue. I asked to speak to the general manager, Glen Cleveland the store manager came and treated me with no respect, and insinuated that I was a thief, humiliated me on front of all present customers and his employees, not to mention the fact that he allowed one of his employees to belittle me also. I strongly feel that the only reason why he treated me this way is because of my race and background. I called Sam's corporate office, and I was told that he had no reason not to refund my money, that as long as I had a receipt and a membership, he was suppose adhere to Sam's refund policy. I later had the person who I received the gifts from call him, and put him in his place. I went back to Sam??s Club Folsom, and got my full refund. GLEN CLEVELAND had the opportunity to apologize to me; however he opted not to do so. I went back to Sam's Club Folsom just this week, and one of the Sam's employees who was present while this prejudice manager humiliated me, actually apologized to me and told me that Glen Cleveland was out of line and he was known for been RUDE and RACIST.
