Michael is sweet, but he's booked solid and it's very hard to reach him. His support staff is obsessed with scheduling you for an appointment 2 weeks away and don't seem to be interested in helping you otherwise. A few months ago I needed to adjust my policy to reduce my skyrocketing premiums, and Michael as not available for a 'policy review' until weeks later. When I explained that won't do, I was transferred to a 'licensed agent' at Michael's office for assistance. We spent 15 minutes of the phone adjusting the policy and managed to reduce the premium by about $1,000 for the year. I thought that solved the problem, but when I received my next quarter's statement I found out that non of the changes we talked about were made, and I was being billed at the old, and expensive rate!!! I've been trying to reach Michael for 2 days now to correct this and so far no luck. First I tried calling, but no one was available and they said they'd call back. When they called back I was out, and they did not bother to try to reach me again. I then tried email (two days in a row), the contact form via State Farm web site, and finally State Farm "good neighbor" 24-hour service. Their 'good neighbor' answer to all this: "we sent the agent a message". Wow!! Since I already sent 3 messages of my own in the past two days to no avail, I did not find this to be useful by any means. I don't know if this is how State Farm usually operates, but this POOR SERVICE is unacceptable.

I recently moved to Orlando from Maryland and needed to transfer my car and renter's insurance. I contacted Michael Moore's office and they helped me get everything transferred in a very timely fashion. The customer service rep Cynthia talked me through the differences in my policies and made sure that I received copies of all documentation. She even made sure that they kept my good student discount. I would definitely recommend this agency!
