RIPOFF, avoid this guy at all cost.

I agree with previous reviews when saying that this guy named Lior (AKA: Antonio) is very unpolite and rude. He tells you that he will start his job and then later you will only thank him and that's it. Chances are that you will be remembering his mother instead.

At the beginning he came by to give us an estimate, which is not related with the size of your house at all, he just has a look at it and throws a price while trying to convince you of getting his services. If you are fool enough, like we were, you will contract him.

The day of the work:

He will arrive timely, he probably told you that the work was going to last for 5 hours, so you are ready for that. After he finishes moving everything from your house, he starts using the chemicals, at first you need to have a close look of what they are doing, as they are not very careful on the use of the products, in our case they damaged the paint in my stairs. 2 hours later, they tell you they have finished, but your house is totally wet and all your furniture is on the patio, now they start asking you for their "hardly" earned money.

The guy becomes very nervous as you go for the details of the work, he constantly tells you that you shouldn't step on the floor, which seems like a technique to prevent you from having a closer look.

When confronted for the moving of the furniture and the wet floor, he answers: "Time is Money, and I cant wait for this to dry", which is very interesting, considering their company name (Dry Perfect Cleaning)

This guy is not open to feedback, so don't waste your time trying to coach him. He even told me that he was not here to make friends.

After he left, my wife called him to complain about his poor service and the he hung up the phone, not before telling us that he didn't understand Spanish while the entire negotiation was done in Spanish. He seems to forget the languages when it comes to complains.

Conclusion:

Don't be a fool, avoid this company.

Nothing perfect about their cleaning. Dry perfect cleaning had a special for $79, once they arrived the cost was $150 as they told me the carpet needed chemicals to remove the stains. I agreed to the price, still at the end all the stains did not come out. Furthermore, their chemicals stained a framed mirror I had on the floor leaning against the wall which in turn stained my carpet. Once I called them and they returned, I was told that was there before and it was not their problem, not true, they made that stain. Their logo says" if you are happy you pay, if you are not happy you do not pay" is plain false advertisement. I would not recommend them.
