I purchased a New 2011 KIA SOUL . The payments are very low after trading in my old clunker, I love this car, It dose it all and great gas millage . I just had my first service on it . They where very friendly and professional . I thought it was nice they had cookies and coffee .
So I got one of each and settled in and was pleased to see my keys being handed to me before I could finish my coffee . WTG Citrus KIA

Citrus KIA service dept and customer service is HORRIABLE! Every time we bring our car in for service we get more damage done, we had door panels replaced on our 2010 KIA soul since they scratch easily. The drivers side door panel that was put in had A large scratch on the top part when I picked it up, and upon further review of the car the passenger side panel dosen't even match looks like it sat out in the sun the red is so faded out. Then to make matters worse A family member leaned against the car and felt some thing rough, around the door frame there are 3 or 4 gouges in the plastic and inside the passenger door handle A scratch near the lock/unlock. Called just to ask if it was possible if the keys had been locked in, was told for sure they weren't. Then said possible break in. If it were A break in or possible break in they would not have used A small screw driver. Then the service manager said every time we have work done there we accuse them of scratching our car, but if they didn't scratch the car we wouldn't have to. We do a once over on the car EVERY time we bring it in, just be sure. They weren't there the night before so HMMMMM..... I wonder who it could have been. It wasn't just this car either it was also the one before the LEMON!!! It's the service guys obviously they are quick but sloppy. There is no bargain ship this time and we won't delete this review like last time. We are taking this once AGAIN to KIA corp, since Citrus KIA needs the corporation to hold there hands. CITRUS KIA RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Switching to KIA in Ocala hopefully they can handle there customers better!

I got a new 2009 Optima had 32 mi and from day one haveing to go back and forth to the dealerships to fix door panels & back door lock, pinstriping comeing off and now it need's a new computers in it but i still not consider a lemon. i had it for two weeks put about 1000 mi on it

These people lie to you like you would not believe!! They promised us free tires, free oil changes and free towing.. well the sales person didnt write it down (and we were dumb enough not to ask for it writen down) Well all we got was the free oil changes... If that wasnt bad enough... we ended up needing more for a down payment then what we had at that time... so they told us they would hold a check and not cash it till we said so... We asked them to hold if for 2 weeks... after the first week went by, they cashed the check! Which of course Bounced everything we had out!!! Well their check cashed so they wouldnt pay the over draft charges!! They wouldnt even write us a letter stating that this is what happened so I can show the bank and the other people who now have bad checks from us!

Their responce? Oh the note fell off of the check so we cashed it... sorry.

NOT!!! We ended up paying for this car for over a year... we missed 1 payment because we got hit by Ivan, and my hubby lost his job... well they told us they were getting a warrent out for our arrest! AFTER 1 MISSED PAYMENT!! So we were dumb again and returned the car... now we owe them 7000.00 for a car that we only owed 7000.00 on... after they actioned it off for 2000 and then charged us another 2 in fees and crap!!

Dont do business with these people!!!
