Hey everyone!

This is a fantastic place to buy a car. Mike Jahanger made my search for my very first car purchase super easy. He asked me questions that would help him find a car that suited me and my lifestyle. He did everything in his power to make sure I was happy, got what I wanted and worked with my budget. All the employees there were friendly and made it feel like home. Found the new car I wanted on line, was contacted by Danielle in internet sales. Visited that day and test drove with my sales person Leon. The staff did discuss several different car options with me but were accepting of my decision to go with the inexpensive, fuel efficient car I had my mind set on. The price was exactly what I researched and anticipated, and I was very pleased with the trade-in price I received. I did not experience undue pressure nor feel I was receiving confusing information. Finding a new car is not easy at all, my 5th attempt at buying a car and I finally found something that was perfect to fit me. I am the type of person to look around online for information before going in person for the real deal. When I saw the offer at Headquarter Honda on an accord, I just couldn't give it up. From the moment I walked in, I had nothing except good service. I was kindly greeted as well as my family that was with me and helped right away. I told them exactly what I wanted and I was immediately directed to the car. What really surprised me was the fact that the man who helped us, Mike, knew every little detail about the car and was able to explain everything to quickly and in an easy to understand way.

From the moment I test drove the car and returned back to the dealership, I decided that was the car I was going to purchase. It was everything and more of what I was looking for and of course good customer service grabbed my attention as well.

Time came to crunch numbers and get down with business after we returned. This was the only downfall to my experience. Waiting to get approved, trading in cars, signing papers, etc. not my favorite at all. However, they were able to move as quickly as possible. Mike was able to always return to the table with nothing except good news. A couple days before today I attempted to buy a car at Toyota, but my mother and I were not approved to finance the car I was looking to buy. Mike was able to do everything he could, unlike Toyota, and help us out. We were able to get approved and from that moment I was bursting with excitement.

We did have to wait an awful amount of time until we were able to finally leave, but hey that's car shopping for you. Everything takes time as it falls into place. Mike was very friendly and able to keep us entertained as we waited though.

Overall, I would recommend going to Headquarter Honda for great customer service and a great deal on a new car you might have in mind to bring home. I recommend speaking with Mike because he is willing to work with you and help you as much as he can to get you the car you are willing to buy.

After weeks of deeply checking the best option for me, and recommendation from a co-worker, I went to a different Honda dealership and I was not satisfied with the way they were trying to rush me into closing a deal. Being a huge investment for my pocket, I felt disappointed and barely slept for a few days. I found myself reading reviews and 'doing my homework' at 3:00 am. Knowing the hassle purchasing a car is, specially because I am a female, I was hesitant but knew I had to do it. So, I went to Headquarter Honda in Clermont, FL and the sales person, Buddy Conner, was extremely helpful, made me feel very comfortable and was answering all the questions I had about the car and about the deal he would get me. I was trading in my 2000 Toyota and got a great price for it. Being new to the job, he was on his third week, he was getting answers from his managers when he was not 100% sure of the answer. Also, he left me and my friend talk numbers over without rushing me into any commitment or decision and always being very nice and polite. I can see he will reach far in this business. Purchasing a car was finally fun for me, no pressure, no rush. I finally made my mind and agreed to the numbers and purchased a beautiful Honda Civic. Buddy then walked me to the Finance Manager, Ed Rivera, and he was very kind, very knowledgeable and was very patient explaining me all the options to add extras warranties, etc, an also looking for the best interest rate and monthly payment amount for me. I felt I could ask for any question and I had lots!! without making me feel I was a "stupid" lady asking 'stupid' questions. I was there for hours and left very happy, satisfied, knowing I had made the right choice with Headquarter Honda. I highly recommend this dealer.

I went to Headquarter Hyundai to look at Hyundai Sonata's. I was introduced to Raymond"Biggie"Morales by Walter Cliett. I came to look at Sonata's but after talking with Biggie. He recommended the Hyundai Genesis, after taking the car for a ride a fell in love with it.I was currently driving an Audi A8. I start by saying I HIGHLY recommend Mike Jahangir. Shortly after I pulled up and got out of my car I was met by Mike in the lot. We conversed for a few minutes and I told him I was looking for a new 2013 Civic Coupe without skipping a beat he said walk with me" and took me directly to the cars. His knowledge of the car was unparallel and his approach in explaining the features was excellently delivered without talking down to the customer. Shortly after the test drive we went in to talk prices. The initial price was out of my range but after a few give and takes we managed to get me right where I needed to be. They are very willing to work with you and they shoot from the hip which I respect.

I Just bought a 2013 Honda Fit and I am very happy with it! However, I am more than happy about the service and treatment at Headquarter Honda. Leon Miller was the best and I will recommend any of my friends interested in buying a Honda to go visit Leon at Headquarter Honda because he will do right by them and give only honest answers and advice. I must say, I randomly stopped by this dealership. I had no clue about this place, nor did I read any reviews. Normally, I research dealerships or go because I was referred. Not in this case, and that's a good thing! However, I did read the Consumer guide on best buys. Honda had great reviews on their CRV??s. Although, the CRV is a great car, I was shifted elsewhere. That??s when I decided to tell the story how my mother??s anniversary (passing) was coming up and of course the next day would be Mother??s Day. I shared this with the salesperson name John T. Shelling. He listened to every word I said that day and responded with sympathy. I must say, ??Wow? I didn??t expect a response; however, the response was warm and sincere. I said to myself, ??Who are these people?? John??s customer service was above average. He made me feel like I have been a long time customer. A customer they will never forget, because I know, I won??t forget the experience and will remain a long time Honda fan. Little did Honda HeadQuarter know, I was looking for a life-time dealership, one I could grow old with, thanks HeadQuarter Honda, you won my loyalty and am sure my family will begin to migrate with you to..BTW, good luck with them LOL. I would also like to say ??thank you? to the managers for aiding in my final decision to buy the Honda Accord. I truly love my Honda, and it made my Mother??s Day the best day ever!

We are now proud owners of a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring and i know it took us till midnight to close the deal but John and the staff was there till the end.. My wife and I were looking for a car that would suit our needs at our price range. We decided to visit Headquarter Honda in Clermont, Fl to see if we would find what we were looking for. As soon as we entered the dealership Joel Castaneda was already there to greet us. After the introductions we told him what we were looking for. He told us immediately that he had a couple cars in mind. As we were looking at the cars he was very, very informative and prompt to answer our questions. He was polite, efficient, and professional and treated us as family. That was very important me. My wife and I immediately came to the same conclusion: we had found our car. Joel was enthusiastic and glad to hear we found the car we were looking for.
Soon after, we began the long, and rather boring, process of buying the car. But Joel made it fast and entertaining. He knew it could be draining waiting for while everything was processing but yet again he made it fun and very easy on us. His co-worker Mike Jahangir was also involved in our case and he, like Joel, was efficient, friendly and very professional. Thanks to both Joel and Mike my wife and I now have the car of our dreams. I will without a doubt recommend Joel and Mike to all my friends and family looking for their dream cars.

On Thrusday March 28, 2012 I came to Headquarter Honda because a month early I had purchased a car from Jarad Congleton and had changed addresses and due to the change I had not recieved my first bill. Jarad promptly helped me with my worries and gave me the info I need to make my first payment. I cannot express how wonderful it was to buy a new car from Headquarter Honda. The dealership is very cool (Green) and the staff is absolutely a joy to work with. Jarad Congleton was the sales representative that handled my car and I just loved him. He was an absolutely phenomenal salesman. I had my mind set on a completely different type of car but after talking to Jarad I wanted to buy anything he was selling. He was honest, funny, and a lot of fun to run all around the lot with. Purchased a new car from this dealership a while ago and they waited until the night before my temp. tag was supposed to expire to notify me that I still owed them more money if I wanted to get my registration. They made me sign a piece of paper stating that they owed "Us nothing after the deal was over" They clearly LIED about this in regards that they were charging us additional monies for our registration, and were holding our registration *HOSTAGE* The Finance dept. manager "Tony Angle" took it upon himself to move the numbers around on the contract and allocated monies that were supposed to be for TTL (tax/tag/etc..) and apply it toward the cap cost reduction without our permission. He then turned the tables on us and started to argue the FACT that, that is how they got us to our payment. That was NOT the deal when we gave our deposit. Certain dollars were to go to 1st month payment, and the remainder was going to TTL. I contacted the dealership and spoke to upper management about this UNETHICAL WAY OF THEM DOING BUSINESS. No one at the dealership wanted to hear the issue, in fact, I received a call from their customer relations Lady, she too promised to look into it and call me back, it has been weeks since she called, and still no reply. I urge all of you to PLEASE read the other reviews out there on the WEB before doing business with this dealership. I took the car back, I had a very difficult time to even get someone to talk to me. Finally, they did fix the brakes, but I got several stories as to what the problem was and what happened. I never received an apology. They were very defensive about everything. The ass't service mgr promised to refund my $, but after 2 weeks, I did not receive the promised refund. I called for 4 days several times a day, to no avail- a different excuse every time and no return phone call. Finally, I called Honda corporation. Only after I called the corporate office, I got a call from the dealership, my check was ready.
