My family has attended this Primrose location since 2012 when my first son began as an infant. I have never been so please with a facility's quality and love and care of the staff (they are the ONLY school I've experienced for my boys). I would recommend them to anyone UNTIL NOW.

Over the last 5 months there has been a definitely CHANGE in the quality of care and management at this location. After being there 2 years, suddenly employees started dropping like flies (two teachers were fired/walked out of the infant room, and another from my son's toddler room). With the increase in shorter staff, their quality of care suddenly shifted for the kids' sake: 1) Despite the fact that there has been a robbery and double murder in the area at suntrust bank and at Brookstone neighborhood respectively, they continue to stroll the toddlers and infants in the stroller at the end of the day, providing very little security, so that they can get started cleaning the rooms early...WHY am I paying TUITION for my children to be shuddled in a stroller instead of engaged in learning? (the owner didn't even know this was happening) Schools don't shove all the kids in the hallway two hours before dismissal!
2) MOST importantly - my 6 month old caught strep throat after being MOVED into the older infant room because "numbers" were low so they could clean his room. They literally EXPOSED him to a room where a sign was posted which noted that a child had been diagnosed with strep in there...the very same night he fell ill with fever and was horribly sick in the days following..then of course he spread it to his brother, and then to mom and dad...they were sick for the next few days and then with weakened immune systems caught RSV from that place the very next week...my oldest ended up with RSV AND pneumonia. I spoke with the OWNER who said she was quite comfortable with her current (16 yearold) policies which include moving infants to rooms that are EXPOSED to contagious diseases and when I questioned her further, she rudely told me not to bring my kids there anymore and hung up in my face. ...... THESE are the facts...you be the judge...its definitely on the DECLINE. i'm not just one disgruntled parent, i'm one of many.

I chose to trust my toddler's care and education to Primrose Brookstone because they really seemed to focus on educational development. As my husband and I are both doctors, this aspect of the curriculum is extremely important to us.

You just can't beat a Primrose. This one is exceptional. This is our second child to go through a Primrose school and it is everything we remember it to be and more. Worth every penny.

If you want to love your preschool, then this is the place to go. I would love to tell everyone how much we have enjoyed our experience with this Primrose. The facility is gorgeous and the people make the school! I am happy, my child is happy and I never worry. What more could a mom want. Thanks Primrose.

The academic program is great and we were looking for that first, but there is so much more here. The people make the school and this is so true. Every detail is attended to here. This is a clean and beautiful school. After a long day at work before Thanksgiving holiday, the staff handed me a pumpkin pie on the way out the door just to say thanks! I am a happy mom and so is my child. I couldn't ask for any more. I know my child is loved and cared for while I am at work. I think this is why she is learning so much. Thanks Primrose!

Pros: I love it, my child loves it, I never worry

Cons: drawback?... my child never wants to leave...

Primrose at Brookstone is a fantastic daycare for anyone looking for an outstanding curriculum and a family like atmosphere. Everyone there has been wonderful to me and my child. She loves going, and on occasion has not wanted to leave.

The projects they do and the learning that is involved here is top of the line. I looked at Goddard, Kids R Kids, Sunshine, and others. After coming into Primrose at Brookstone there was no doubt where my child was attending. The others just do not compare.

The price is not cheap. But I look at it as these people are helping me raise my child. Do I want the cheaper place, or a place where I know my child will be taken care of. Primrose at Brookstone is that place.
