If you are looking for "red-sauce" Italian, this is NOT it. It's the most authentic Italian food we have found. The service is not great, and the restaurant is loud - but it is still the best Italian in town. The food is wonderful.

I worked in NYC for over 20 years, and have FINALLY found the best Italian resturant in Atlanta.

Attitude without substance. If you want someone to teach you what you are going to like, what food you are allowed to order, and how you are going to eat it - look no further. If you want Buckhead prices and attitude, again, look no further. If you want a good meal without pretense then look elsewhere. It amazes me what "foodies" find acceptable and even attractive in a place to eat. People, its only about the food - all the rest is just....well....irrelevant. The food here was mediocre, period. Grew up eating northern and southern Italian food from folks that actually grew up in Italy. This bears nearly no relationship to that food. It's modern American attitude Italian. Again, if that is what you are looking for then go for it. Me, I'll go home and cook for myself instead or go across the street for a humble hot dog.
